By George I've finally figured it out !
Jodi killed Travis because he said"kill you bit ch"
She took the gun and rope with her because they were herputs s, but she put the knife in the dishwasher because it was dirty and it belonged to Travis.
Im sure thats what the jury got out of all this testomy :floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

I personally think JA spoke those words because she never puts the words I will in front of fng Kill you bit ch. There is no one person attached to those words. JMO

Guilty of pre-meditation?
The show concentrates on one question per night. Tonights was Did Jodi lie about the gun? 97% of the twitter responders thought yes, 3% no but we weren't given the number of respondents. All 12 members of the mock jury sitting on the TV set voted 'Guilty'-of lying about the gun. :great:

Great post and I couldn't agree more.

Whether it was by telling him she wanted to come clean about the incident he refers to in his text on 05/26 or by bringing him the check found in his office. Whatever the reason he let her inside the door.

Travis says something very telling on the May tape. Let's not go into detail, but just say he acknowledges how much he misses their sexual interactions. I don't believe TA was as sexually experienced as JA, she may even have been his first. But once the sex genie is out of that bottle, it's hard to go back.

You mean this?

"TA wrote JA at 9:13 AM on 5/2: "Remember this. That photoshoot is gonna be one of the best experiances [sic] of your life and mine. I haven't stopped thinking about it, the pics ill [sic] take, the progressiveness of it, from very clean to very very dirty and everything in between. When I am all by [sic] lonesome I have no desire to think of anyone else in my scandilous [sic] fantasies because from my own experience nothing is even enjoyable compared to you. Because of that I spend a lot more time getting myself off. What you do and let me do to you puts me on another planet. You are the ultimate 🤬🤬🤬🤬 in bed. No wonder I blow enormous loads every time. I want to send one down your throat and another on your face and want to taste you as you ride my face I want to throughly [sic] work my tongue along every hole of your body. You'll

Unfortunately Travis may have a had sex addiction to Jodi. Maybe he confessed that to her, hence the so-called "pamphlets" she gave him. Just a thought.

Idk, I don't think JA would want to help cure him of any addiction to her he may have had! She would love to have that control over him so much that he could consider it a sex addiction with her.

So WHY do you think she wanted to APPEAR to be a good Mormon (while continuing to patronize Starbucks and go down on every man she meets?)

Mormonism and PrePaid Legal are intertwined and she wanted the PPL, the parties (Gus smiled and said they were famous for their parties) and the gullible, corruptible wealthy Mormon men.

This is truly a Black Widow, moving to her next victim before (she claims) she was even sure Travis was dead (JAS).

*JAS is my new acronym for Jody Arias Speak. It is honoring the poster who said "if her mouth is moving, she is lying."

I am just getting home for the day. And watch quick replay of the HLN shows. There has been no discussion As to the motions from yesterday? And the prosecution or defense compelling as far as information?!Why is that not being discussed on the TV shows?

Sorry I am late to the threads, but I just do not understand why no 1 has discussed the issue of getting a motion and compelling to get information from both sides!

I believe the motions to compel were from the prosecution, re: Tesaro and Walmart

If by awesome you mean "that <modsnip> is cray cray" then yes. It was awesome.

Juan was on fire! Went step by step through the murder. In particular the shelf would have tipped when trying to get the gun, 62 seconds not possible for all that to have happened, and "you knew the gun was unloaded, what were you going to do with it throw it at him?". (quote from JM)

Jodi is finally off the stand!!!! A frustrating day but JA contradicted herself lots. Main focus was JM questioning about Murder, where was the knife etc. JM set up for the DV expert who'll be on tomorrow I believe- JA has testified to a different set of stories than she told Alyce Laviolette the DV expert.JM brought up MM again. Have a safe flight!

It's Martinez, but maybe all Hispanic names sound the same to you ;)

Earlier in the week, Nurmi had suggested during cross examination that Flores and another detective Mike Melendez were not truthful in their testimony. At the time, Martinez pointed out that both officers accused of lying were Hispanic. "Maybe because they're Hispanic, I don't know," Martinez said.

On Wednesday, Nurmi indignantly raised the comments before the judge.

"In terms of misconduct, prosecutor said something about all Hispanic names sounding alike, saying I must be racist or insincere or not smart enough," he said. Nurmi called Martinez's remark "an additional instance of misconduct and was inappropriate on the part of this prosecutor."

http://abcnews.go.com/US/jodi-arias-mistrial-motion-highlighted-stalker-claims/story?id=18236699

But you fail to mention that, in that same article, they talk about Nurmi's idiotic move in calling his own client a "stalker". Which the prosecution objected to because she wasn't charged with stalking. Or the fact that Lisa Andrews was NOT a witness that the prosecution wanted to call, but the defense insisted on it. Not a good move for them obviously. She was an excellent witness, for the prosecution. Nurmi actually said "I don't need advice from HIM", nodding in Juan's direction, when Juan tried to object to it. What an idiot.

If the prosecutor gets a bit testy with him once in a while I don't blame him. Nurmi is petty and childish, and IMO has no business in a courtroom at all. He's disrespectful to the prosecutor, the judge, the jury and the families that are just wanting an end to this. I saw the judge's exasperation with him today loud and clear. She's had enough of the Nurmi show too.

Mr. Martinez's passion in fighting for the victim is evident. I'm pretty sure the jury will see that, and disregard the personal clashes that arise from time to time between the two lawyers. They'll reach their decision based on the overwhelming evidence against her.

Sorry but I do know men who would not have sex with a completely obsessed and emotionally unstable women, knowing full well she wanted much more than they were willing to give (in other words, knowingly and willingly using her for sex when she was in love). Travis ****ed up. He obviously didn't deserve to die for it. But he's not a saint. He's human. Probably a really nice guy. But in this instance he was being selfish and careless. And it's sad that anyone would accept that behaviour because "oh he's a man." He has a penis but he also has a brain. And he apparently chose to not let his penis control him while with Lisa, so we know it's something he was capable of controlling. This is the same mindset that leads to "well she was wearing a skirt in a dark alley, how could he not rape her" <.<

Thank you Applejack, great post!

I agree, I was making fun of how much the evil one makes no sence, she hasnt proven anything, especially, self defense.

And, RadarLuv, there were a few more jury questions like, "You shot him once. Why didn't you just shoot him again instead of using a knife?"

  • #497
She didn't need to walk or run to the knife. The rope had a noose on the end... So she simply lassoed the knife with the rope! Yee Haw!

By Jodi, I think you've got it, Linda7NJ !! Yippee Hi Yo -:bud:- and just think of the time that lasso trick saved. It prolly sliced that seconds clock by 10 whole seconds!!

Is there any statement from the Grandparents as to when the gun went miss as opposed to when they noticed it missing?

  • #499
My point is the people out there "faulting" Travis for allowing Jodi back in.

It is not to paint a bad picture of Travis.

I just think he may have a sex addiction, that's all, and she was his poison

So what's your point?
