Problem is, KC fenced her self in with her story of Zanny the Nanny. She would have had much better luck with a stranger abduction story. However, it would have meant she had to make a pretense of loss... She just was not capable of it, too selfish, all she could think about was getting on to TonE and the next party. Caylee's blanket that she was discarded in will be a big problem also... Just to much evidence for a SOD defense, IMO.

The best she could do is confess and beg for mercy, I just can't see another way out for her here.

That's what a brighter person with a better lawyer would do.

The Nanny BS is going to be costly on many levels. SHE better stop with the BS or it will cost her her life.
The things found with the baby are not really a huge problem, because IF she speaks and it is someone she did trust - they could have been at the house a dozen times.

But why all of a sudden is GA involved with these shady people "Foundations" why are these people shelling out money? the "A' s have not worked in almost a year.

Assuming their is nobody involved only KC; WHO is Casey??? Why would these folks bother spending the money?
Who were the two visitors that came to see her in jail when she first got locked up, and why?
They all could have let her rot in there. Many girls do... Big money people are interwoven here...

Assume they were not interwoven - I think she would have had a State attorney, I do not think there would have been a clean up - too risky - .
I think her knees would be shaking so much that she would trip on her own BS.

This is not going to be an easy case for either side.

GA has a history of job loss,so he may have seen what the Milstead's do as a better bet.He could play up his LE background and his experience with a missing grandchild.
No doubt their are hinky issues with that foundation and others associated with it,but I think the INITIAL contact was innocent on the A's part .
I also haven't seen any evidence of anyone in particular spending big bucks on KC.

I do not know where the money has come from. However, if there were any connection to the killing, they would have to be as stupid as she is, becuase now eveyone wants to know who is paying. The judge has looked at it, and found no problem, though he is not bound to tell what he found, only that it brought no charges, etc.

Well a conspiracy theorist might opine that the judge might be in on it.

But, in order to make all this work, one would have to have a Kennedy-esque conspiracy with multiple, well-connected players.

Hard to imagine, given that KC is a nondescript, 20-something. Although KC, in her narcissism could buy it, no jury would.

I think they realized KC could get the DP and didn't want to help LE with that.
Some other thoughts are that she is holding something over their head.
And then there is CA's need to appear as the perfect family.A killer in the family would never do.

Honey, it starts in early childhood. Hard to miss because the child gets very scared, when s/he finds him/herself someplace strange and unexpected. Little kids don't easily hide "morphing" into someone else.

That's when the child is taken to the shrink. Often by the school. Not that this dx crops up often.

Now, a lot of cases have been debunked. Even "Sybil" and "Eve" got better, when they changed treators. One hospital in the Los Angeles area was de-licensed, because they over-diagnosed MPD, in the 80s (when it was a fad diagnosis).

Most of the cases initially diagnosed with DID have been discovered to have a REAL diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder and fatuous or grandstanding shrink.

It's OK to get "loose hands," but KC really didn't ever morph into an entirely different person in front of her family or friends. Nor did she ever lose time, get seriously lost, or complain of either. It won't fly with a jury, once the disorder is explained to them.

She DOES tend to behave like she thinks people expect her to behave. That makes her a chameleon (which sociopaths are) not a DID patient.

She's never morphed into a seven-year old boy named Joe. She's never introduced herself as anyone else. She's never got on a plane for Dallas, and not known why. No one has ever seen her disoriented to person. She's never shown up at a nightclub, and not known how she got there.

Now, Ken Bianchi tried to get away with that one. He failed.

Thank you! I didn't want to muddle through all that! So, it is a bit difficult to hear well on some of it, but it seemed to me that GA is telling the FBI agent that the [other LE agency- I couldn't tell] had told GA there were 1200 bad photos that had been found, etc....

GA indicates that the photos, or descriptions of them, or thoughts of them [unclear] caused him to be nauseated. Now my dad is like, 270 times more "square" than GA, from what I can tell, but if my dad saw photos of me bumpin' and grindin' with another girl on stage (blue dress Fusian), that probably would be enough for him to become nauseated. If he knew I'd been doing that when I maybe, sorta, kinda thought my baby was in danger...oh boy...

but 1200 photos?

Do we ever see or hear or read where the [other LE agency] tell GA this? Or is this the only mention of the naughty photos? I mean, if George is the only person on record talking about this, then it could be completely unfounded. The FBI guy didn't give it up either way, of course, just let GA keep talking.

The way it'd been talked about, I thought the FBI told GA about the pics, but this seems to indicate the other way around...? Did I miss something?

Every time I consider a SODDI theory involving sex or or escorting or any other misdeed of a sexual variety, which also involve photos or video, I get stumped at why none of these photos or videos have managed to wiggle their way out of the possession of some random sleaze...the one possible pic does look a lot like her, but not enough to be convincing, and where did that one come from in the first place anyway?

All the SODDI theories just feel like reaching compared to the Casey-did-it theory. I dunno..I don't actually have any better ideas to throw out there.

Big bucks she does not need in jail, but the "A"s have not worked in a year. the defense is not free or
entirely pro bono.
It can appear that KF came to them, it sure would seem like a smooth transition to not have a visible money trail.
That tis all Highly questionable.
I am sure it is a big part of what LE is never discussing, that is not what LE would do.

I do not know what happened but that scenario with a nanny, sudden clean up, foundation a sudden deletion of CAYLEE ; hmmmm smells all the way to NY and back.

I my be totally wrong in the end -- I am not bent on being right really.
I am just willing to go beyond what we can see in the hope for a fair trial.

Jail can cost $10.00 a week for twinks. So the money is not spent on Her but her defense.
