I will have to find the picture I saw.. but I saw a picture of her holding a camera in her right hand (it was a picture of someone taking a picture of her taking a picture lol)

can guns be shot in either hand??? (I only ask because I know NOTHING about guns... I can drop an ET tube or an NG tube but don't know the first thing about a gun)

Hi LB...

they don't make cameras for lefties. Not economically feasible. Only 11% of the population is left-handed.

Haven't seen the image yet, the link to the photo you're talking about isn't working. Are you sure she is not shooting into a mirror?

Sorry... Im new to posting... I found the complete photo on Huffington site. *Still learning how to post*

I was looking at this pic. This is not the back of JA. It looks like I see her long dark hair?? I am seeing that looks metallic in the top left corner?? This would have to be rather large relative to the baseboards. What do you see?

Yeah this photo is really perplexing. I can sortof see why people see a sheet carrying him, but the darkness looks wet, as well, so really could be blood.

In the pictures of Travis dead at the bottom of the shower (which can be viewed on huffington post), which side of his body is facing out of the shower (the side that the dorr opens)? I'm not sure if I can see a bullet wound above that eye or not in the close up of his face.

The bullet wound is on the right side. You can't see it in the crime scene photo. His right side is facing the shower door in his last alive photo. One of the reasons why I think he was shot first.

On occasion I have accidentally put my camera on delayed shot. Is it possible she did this and a few of the shots were "clicked" one moment and actually took the photo a few seconds later when her hands were otherwise occupied?

I hadn't seen this picture this clear before. You can see the hem in the pants in this one. Wow... sure makes a difference from those darker pictures.

Oops, sorry. Page didn't load for me the first time, but now I see it. She is using a Canon camera and the logo is reversed. Pretty sure she is shooting into a mirror using her right hand to trigger the shutter release.

So seems she was facing him and was above him ?

It appears he may have been seated and she was above him. The bullet went in a downward angle.

And it looks like a stocking foot, 'sweeping' under him. His head is clearly up, and it really looks like his effort is keeping it up, not hers. I really think he is alive in this photo.

Most left handers are actually able to use their right hand, but no one person is quite the same.

Actually, in looking again, it looks as tho she is steadying herself on this foot. It has a slight turned in and under appearance, she is bending over him.

looks more like a dark colored sock than a shoe. It seems that it would be down the hall because of the light in the background coming from the bedroom windows. That pic is much better than what I have seen. foot looks small, too.

I never noticed that

Anyone think it could be possible that TA had a knife in the bathroom to cut off the duct tape? Mayve when the gunshot didnt kill him as she thought... the knife was conveniently already there... she picks it up... and it's bye bye TA.

:what:

Agreed popoju. With all this going on, I think she is the three-armed wonder.

I believe she is shooting into a mirror.

I have a few of questions. First, do you think it’s likely that Judge Stephens will grant the motion for a directed verdict or is it a fairly standard thing for the defense to do? Also, is it normal in Arizona for there to be such a long period of time from the prosecution resting until the defense begins its case? It’s almost 2 weeks, with the defense slated to start on January 29. Are trials in AZ different than other states? Or will the defense put on their case, rest, prosecution rebuttal, and closing arguments with the prosecution going before and after the defense?

You are not going to like my answers.

1. She has yet to rule on the mistrial motion and now a directed verdict and I have a strong feeling the prosecution rested today because he thinks it likely it may be granted and would not want to put more of his case on for future trials.

2. It is ridiculous to think this jury will be able to avoid media coverage on this case and delay the defense for a week.

3. I think Arias killed Alexander and she may have planned it, but I do not think the prosecution has met their burden for which she is charged. As an example- where is the premeditation? They never even said positively it was her on the “death pics” nor did they call the friends to the stand to confirm they were not home- the jury already picked up on this.

This is a bad showing for the prosecution in this case I am sorry to say.

Saw this on another site.... not very reassuring... makes sense of why the sudden rest. :dunno:

I'm just not understanding how you would use a knife to cut off duck tape that was wrapped tightly around his arm like it apparently was.

Yup. Now I finally can see it clearly! It's a bellbottom and a shoe, and a portion of his body. With all the blood streaming down him I think it's from his throat. He must be dead in this pic. His arm is up so she must be attempting to drag him at this point. Imo

Yes, I see it. Looks tubular and metallic!
