maybe she went and got the gun and knife?
That was my first thought too.

It is the pen that the State attorney is holding and pointing with. There is no sex toy thing in the photo at all.

I have an idea about this...will share it tomorrow.
Here are the times for the shower photos and then the last three are the "accidental" shots.

I wouldn't say Travis was sexually abused by Jodi, but I do believe Jodi used Travis' guilt and shame about having sex with her as tools of manipulation. Personality-disordered people seem to have a knack for homing in on a person's weaknesses in order to control the person. The other thing is the very "wrong-ness" of the sex probably made it that much more enjoyable, ensnaring Travis even further and making it that much more difficult for him to free himself. It's such a tragedy because, from everything I've read about Travis, his religion was very important to him. It wasn't just an act.
My heart goes out to his family. Every time I see those last "alive" photos, I keep wishing that the story will end differently, that he will be able to escape but of course, tragically, that didn't happen.

What happened between 5:25:00 and 5:29:20..... 4 minutes!!! Strange....
What, in your opinions, were JA's THREE biggest mistakes? Some off the top of my head:
Leaving the camera behind, leaving the palm print, keeping the receipts, upside-down license plate, sleeping with him one last time, the phone ping in AZ,
Maybe none. I'm hearing the questions from the jury today and they defy logic since jodi's defense team admitted that she killed Travis in the opening statement. The questions seem to ponder whether jodi acted alone or whether she did it at all (roommates' alibi's, fiber testing, etc.).
That concerns me. Anyone else?
The prosecution went out of order for some of these. There were also pictures at:

Travis had guilt and shame, if he did, because of what HE was doing. Not because of what Jodi was doing. He was a free agent as far as I'm concerned. He didn't deserve to be murdered because of it, but I don't think you can blame his guilt and shame on anyone other than him and his participation with Jodi. His murder, yes, 100% her fault. His behavior, no -- that was 100% him.
Let's hope!lease:
On the court minutes for 1-15-2013 .....
"Sandy Arias is present and informs the Court she was told information regarding possible juror misconduct. Sandy Arias leaves Chambers."

Of course, each of us is responsible for our own conduct. All I'm saying is that a personality-disordered person can use the guilt or shame that a person feels for not living up to his/her own standard, as a means of controlling that person. JMO, MOO
