I don't think I have ever seen a "slam dunk" case but this has got to be close....

Her putting the body back in the shower is one of the most disturbing things about this trial. It seems she needed to clean him off...maybe it was just as practical as her washing off any trace evidence of herself. Maybe something more psycho. I really wish we'd get a forensic Psych in here somewhere...with "here" I mean anywhere, on the stand, in this forum, on In Session, across a barstool from me for a few hours so I could interview...anywhere. lease:

You would think that Jodi would want photos of the "act" in order to use it effectively. Makes my wonder if she took her own photos by herself and then sneaked a few in of Travis without him knowing it.

I have had those exact thoughts. The nude photos of Travis appear to be taken right at mattress level. I'm picturing her creepin over the side of the bed w/ her camera. Blech.

What I found interesting is they rate certain sins over others.

Mimi mentioned that if one is having sex before marriage they can go to the Bishop and confess.

But she stressed if someone knew about abuse or murder the church would expect the person to come forward.

When she mentioned murder I bet the defense attorney hated that.

Yeah that was new information to me too. Sexual infidelity (which apparently includes sex with yourself) is just below MURDER in the Mormon religion. How conflicting this would be for a 30 year old hot blooded American man. With the associated testosterone.

they dont look posed to me AT ALL. Looks lieka guy enjoying a shower and minding his own until he sees her with the camera. I think maybe, just maybe at that point he knew something wasnt right..... Poor Travis.

They have always looked like a man who was very relieved that his tormentor had finally gone and he could wash her off of him.

I have had those same looks in the shower when my ex forced me to have sex with him.

I had a weird feeling that she destroyed that car on purpose.

I don't know if I think she did, but I believe she had no intention of continuing to pay for it AFTER she trashed it. I heard in Flores' interrogation JA said she sent him the check around May 25th, and that it was for April & May ($200, $100 for each month). The deal was she was supposed to pay at least $100 a month (so you see, she was still on the hook to Travis for the wrecked car). If she did send it on the 25th, she only did so because if she had not, and the car deal was uncovered, she would have had motive (didn't want to pay for a car she never drove), so she sent the check at the end of May, knowing it would never be cashed.

BBM, I respectfully disagree. I hate bringing up the awesome uke: pics of her downunder, her anus is very much dialated, which usually means recent penetration. And very recent.

My Hubby couldn't believe TA's red penis was while he was laying on the bed. He also couldn't believe a man would let a gal take a picture of him like that. So who knows? :banghead:

I thought that at first too, but it looks more like shadow to me. If it were blood you would think you would see it mixed into the water and running down the drain...

The other things that really bothers me are;

1. Vulnerable position for a man to be in - almost "fetal"...
2. No head in the picture.....very telling IMO, almost dehumanizing him via the camera

In picture no. 2 she virtually cut his head off which could have been her intent all along. But she had to get him down on all fours first. jmo

Really how much more vulnerable and terrifying would it be than to be attacked, naked, in the shower? Vs. asleep in bed? Which she had every opportunity to do. This tells me she wanted to enjoy this killing, wanted to feel the power, wanted him to be conscious and aware and terrified as she was taking his life and exerting this control over him.

Horribly, tragically, right before Christmas this year one of my dear friends was shot in her sleep by her husband who then shot himself. We didn't know this detail for a few weeks, that she was asleep. It provided a tiny spot of relief in this horrible horrible event. But to me, that was a desperate man who was suicidal (and obviously homicidal) and just wanted them both to be gone (she was leaving him...sigh). Not justifying it obviously but comparing these horrific crimes. He was not a person like Jodi who was not so much tortured herself but wanted to torture. No freaking abuse expert will EVER EVER justify that, even if she was an abuse victim.

And that leads me to say (which I'm sure I will again when this person testifies) SHAME ON HER for associating true victims of domestic violence with pathological lying, stalking and premeditated homicide. SHAME ON HER. SHAME SHAME SHAME

Yeah my hubby had the same reaction when I showed him. He said WTH ...he doesnt even have a **** on and he said what guy wants a pic like that?

He thinks JA took the photos of herself and that Travis wasnt receptive to having his photos taken.

Guys...One small thing has bothered me and it's not that a big deal, but it's said there was 82,000 emails between Travis & Jodi. How in the world could that be possible? That has to be mistake, don't yall think? Would'nt that be over 100 emails per day if they knew each other for two years? I know it's not important but I'd like to know what you all think..

I'm behind... and dont know if anyone has answered this... but for instance.. on facebook if someone is on chat and sends you a message... (when you dont have the chat open) it will show up as a message. When you reply and then they reply (if you show to be offline) each response will show up as a message. They used Gmail and I'm not totally sure but I believe it acts the same way. When you send someone a msg through chat.. if they are offline it shows up as a message in the email. I would suspect their conversations would add up pretty quick. MOO
