I missed any testimony/report about her threats of suicide...where? when?

"[Arias] was totally obsessed with him," Hughes said. "She wouldn't let him go. Whenever he would try to sever all ties, she would threaten to kill herself ... He would tell her he didn't want anything to do with her, and she would show up at his house. We knew it was her. We didn't want it to be her, but [we] just knew it was."

They could about the testimony of TA being shot in the head first. The rest is pretty much based on documented material the jury could see for themselves. His interviews with her are the most important part of anything he would have testified to and they are taped. He was mistaken about TA being shot in the head first and misunderstood the ME. He admitted to that in his testimony, not that he changed his testimony but that he was mistaken when he reported it.

How many WS members on this thread believe TA was shot first because JA stated he was? Not hard to believe that Det. Flores would have come to that conclusion also. jmo

I agree. In the end I don't think it's going to matter because there is so much evidence that is not even disputed.

I promise to report back my totally biased and one sided opinion on this situation as always. :blushing: <----not a reporter :great:

:floorlaugh: I can respect that! Your most valuable opinion most likely matches my own.

This is strange; I thought about this very same thing this morning and wondered if she brought the gun into the house and threatened to kill herself if he didn't see her and that is how she seduced him into having sex with her. Although I'm still not sure that he did have sex with her. She may have taken the photos of herself in a timed camera shot.

I first heard of Jodi Arias back in 2009 at another site. I never thought this would become another Casey Anthony case. :what:

I couldn't get past Dr Drew pushing multiple personalities... He's such a tool. IMO.

Agreed every involved, civic minded, semi intelligent person was excluded by the selection process.

Frightening

They woulda been better off with that crazy lady that went off cursing and yelling in the courtroom on the jury than those clowns.

Normal people don't do these kinds of things. Of course there is something wrong with her.

I believe he was shot first simply because it makes the most sense to me no matter how I put the other pieces together.

And I actually am leaning MORE that way after reading the IR this morning, followed by Dr. McDreamyHorn again on IS.

Something seems off with the contradiction.

All just MOO

Yeah... But Dr Drew goes to lengths unheard of for ratings or maybe he should just stick with discussing addictions....Multiple personalities? Give me a break!

I saw the stupid little animation of the crime he put forth. It was a total joke and waste of time. IMO

The floor to ceiling cast off blood splatter didn't convince you otherwise? For me, that bolstered the MEs testimony.

Her behavior that does NOT fit with classic stalking is moving away to California. I wonder if she thought she would move on, but found she could not, or did she think he would miss her and ask her to come back?

I know in the Flores interrogations she mentions she moved to Yreka at the beginning of April, the 3rd or 4th.

On Wednesday, April 16th, Travis posts another blog entry.
On Tuesday, April 22nd, Travis posts another blog entry.
On Sunday, April 27th, Jodi starts a blog, "Something to Think About"
On Tuesday, April 29th, Jodi posts another blog entry.
On Wednesday April 30th, Jodi posts another blog entry.

Travis starts a blog in April and posts 3 blog entries.
After Travis starts his blog, Jodi starts a blog and posts 3 entries before the end of April.

In May, Travis posts blogs on May 5, 11th, and 18th. His last post is the "Why I want to marry a gold digger" post where he lists what he is looking for in a wife, and describes how he is ready to find the "one" and settle down. It is the last blog post he writes.

In May, Jodi posts blogs on May 1st, May 4th and May 10th.

In May Travis and Jodi both post a total of 3 entries.

I speculate that Travis' post about the kind of girl he would like to marry was extremely offensive to Jodi. And his reference to an "axe murderer" here may have caused her to make him "eat his words".

I asked before if anyone knows the date her grandparents gun was reported stolen, I wonder if there is a correlation between that date and his blog post.

If Travis really was going to visit JA in Cali, did she expect him to sleep in that tiny bed with her? lol

We are so happy you decided to share your day with us today.....and happy, too, you were able to "stash" away those Christmas decorations. Some of mine are still sitting on the sunroom floor. lol I promise I'll work on them tonight.

hahahaha...it was bad enough I still had garlands and swags all around my house but the outside snowflake/icicle extravaganza on my balcony was just downright embarrassing...esp in Arizona when there's really no winter. :blushing:

Yes, unfortunately, that is quite true. I used to like him quite a bit. But he's irredeemable.

I'm munching on my Caramel and Dark Chocolate Christmas Popcorn Crunch while realizing my Christmas cards are still hanging in the wire thing on the wall. :great: It takes a Village.

May 28 I believe is the date the gun was reported missing.
