If they lower it any further she will be sitting on the floor. Which might actually work with that look you're suggesting there. On a side note, Farrah Faucet introduced the "banana clip" in that movie. I'm trying to resurrect that trend...God I loved those banana clips.

idk - i think she think she can talk herself out of anything (ie: flores interviews)
i think they are gonna have a hard time keeping her off the stand - and i don't see a lot of love between jodi and her atty's at the defense table

I heard an attorney say at the end. That way she will be able to hear everybody else's testimony first and tailor hers to fit.
Another question tho. If she were to take the stand first, then others testify, can the defense or the DA call her to the stand again? You know, for clarity.

The defense could recall her....then the State could cross her again. I'm sure they will narrow the window as tight as possible to limit as much cross examination as they can. WOW!! Took me a minute but now that I see it, this pic could gimme nightmares!! That ***** cray!!

I'm trying hard to understand details of that 3,000 pixel blow-up of the reflection in Travis' eye. But I just can't make out much.

Hopefully someone who "gets it" will create a version of it, outlining the gun and camera.

Meanwhile, from the little I can discern, I have these questions/comments:

1. The pants in this image don't seem to resemble the dark bell-bottom jogging pants we've seen where she's dragging TA's body.

2. Why would she wear a tight-ish, cropped jacket to do this terrible deed? It doesn't even look long enough to have pockets for holding a knife.

3. This eye-reflection image seems to support my theory. I have always felt she shot him first. I suppose she made him next crouch down on the shower floor, in a position where the right side of his face was closest to where she stood. And that's when/where she shot him.

I think the bullet didn't hurt him extremely badly (immediately), so he struggled to get away, into the bathroom, on hands and knees / belly.

Anyone have answers / feel the same?

We won't know until her case is in progress and either she takes the stand or the judge asks her if she waives her right to testify. I can't imagine any lawyer would allow her to but all of these defense attorneys on TV keep saying she will have to. I just don't have a read on this.

She is still the most "Hated women in America maybe the world." She has to look over her shoulder constantly because a lot of people want to take justice into their own hands when it comes to her. She wants to convince herself that it's getting better but I bet she will never go to a popular place for the rest of her life.

A couple of questions I'd like to hear Juan Martinez ask Alyce LaViolette, the expert witne$$ on domestic violence:

1. In your expert opinion, do you find that stalking behavior occurs more often in abusers or abusees?

2. Do you believe that Jodi Arias had no alternative to violence that day when she stabbed unarmed and naked Travis Alexander 29 times, nearly decaptitated him and shot him in the face? Do you want this jury to believe that this was her only alternative in that situation? Is this something you would teach in your Seminar?

I'd plaster two huge pictures, date stamped. One of Travis dead and the other Jodi's booking photo.

Then I'd ask her which one looks abused.

I'd follow up with, what are you being paid to testify today?

and end with.....How DO you sleep at night?

Well, I'll need a rum and coke first. I told myself I wouldn't go OCD on
this case but here I am!
That said I wish and wish so much that we could have been there to help
that poor guy!! Don't know him at all but I think he touched everyone
even here at WS.
I just keep thinking how did this happen? Him being over powered I just
can't fathom. Was there not any point he could have done something, anything? Just blows my mind when it's in reverse and a woman can
