For real. Now wouldn't that be a great juror question (not that it'd get past the Judge).

I"m just so utterly disgusted with this Alyce LaViolette before even seeing her. She's supposed to champion VICTIMS. Horrible horrible betrayal to every true abuse survivor she's ever stood up for. I hope they all turn on her, offended. She will now associate every one of them with pathological lying, violent premeditated murder, and every other horrible thing Jodi Arias represents. I'd be horrified if I'd ever promoted this person. :furious:

The defense could recall her....then the State could cross her again. I'm sure they will narrow the window as tight as possible to limit as much cross examination as they can. It will be verrrrry interesting if she does testify. lease: <----praying to Jesus in a Cheetoh, chip, any snack food (please no disrespect intended)

I noticed they don't seem to pay much attention to scope. The defense crossed way outside of scope. I was very confused. Oh the defense also went waaaay back to question the detective about something he testified to like three witnesses ago. Very strange. I still can't get used to or appreciate the jurors asking questions. Jurors questions reminded me too much of the moronic questions called into Nancy Grace!

I think Jodi believes she can charm people-especially men. I think she will try her wiles on this jury. And oh I hope so! Seems to me that Jodi thinks she knows best, has a determined side to her personality and sees life and how to go about with extreme drama. It doesn't appear that she and her lawyers are tight, nothing like Casey and her attorneys. I think it's a strong possibility Jodi will take the stand, against her attorneys better judgement. Now that will make the NEWS bigtime!

Hitchcock's Psycho was brilliant and really drove that awful & terrifying scenario home. I can't take a shower without checking the front and back door locks and locking the bathroom door because of that movie.

meanwhile, from the little i can discern, i have these questions/comments:

1. The pants in this image don't seem to resemble the dark bell-bottom jogging pants we've seen where she's dragging ta's body. Keep in mind flores says they had to malipulate the colors in the photos to see them better (which could work for or against the theory of what this claims to be)

2. Why would she wear a tight-ish, cropped jacket to do this terrible deed? It doesn't even look long enough to have pockets for holding a knife. I was wondering why she'd wear a jacket in the desert in june, but maybe it's a coat she didn't care about so she figured she'd hide the weapons in there and when it got all bloody she could just ditch it!! (i also recall her saying she bought a pair of sweatpants that were too small bc they were only sale. Maybe she's cheap and this was a kid's coat on clearance!!)

3. This eye-reflection image seems to support my theory. I have always felt she shot him first. I suppose she made him next crouch down on the shower floor, in a position where the right side of his face was closest to where she stood. And that's when/where she shot him. According to her 2nd story where the guy and girl showed up, she said he was shot first

i think the bullet didn't hurt him extremely badly (immediately), so he struggled to get away, into the bathroom, on hands and knees / belly. That also goes with her second story and that one breaks my heart bc she said she was crying out and even told her to get help :/

anyone have answers / feel the same?

I've seen her case on Snapped and another show, probably Dateline- from two different view points. She killed the fiance of her lover- stabbed her to death, then stabbed her husband in a "game" where he was blindfolded, then tried to finish him off in the hospital parking lot, but was unable to. She also showed up on the same plane flight as her lover- similar obsession.

I just fear she's capable of pulling it off. All she needs is one. The odds an idiot is sitting on that jury are pretty darn high. IMO.
