Defense counsel requests to orally supplement his Motion to Allow Jury to Consider
Polygraph Results During Sentencing Phase. - this is denied.

they must really be desperate if they're trying to get a polygraph in. I wish she'd taken one for the police with her first 2 stories. She would've passed those too.

In addition, the same user has a shot of one of the Walmart Reciepts.......she. Bought 2 facial cleanser, 1 five gallon kerosene carboy (which is a container for kerosene,not kerosene itself......but you could put gas in it, and 2 items which end in 85BNS.......THAT'S hair color! Meaning #85 Brown. I was so excited I called a friend who's husband works in inventory at Wal mart and he did confirm that for me.

That's great! I looked and looked on the Walmart site and could not find the items. I did figure out it was cosmetics dept, but couldn't get any further.

Didn't this MM also say she had a long history with abusive relationships. So he dated her for 2 years and she lived with someone for 4 years. At age 27 that would have been 6 years of relationships with no problems. So where is that long history? jmo

In his posts over on "that" site, there is nothing about Jodi being in abusive relationships other than the one with Travis. I'm still trying to figure out where her "permantely deformed hand" is. I haven't seen any obviously broken and not set fingers. Heck, I haven't seen any obviously broken and set fingers either. MM does state that he is not sure that his job will be waiting for him when he returns after he testified (this before he was put on the list apparently) and that his family is his first obligation. Personally I feel he is BSing about this and his biggest concern is that his family will not be waiting for him when he returns after he testified. He has admitted that he would lie for this chick and his wife would be ok with that? I doubt it as I know that I would not be ok with my husband taking the stand in defense of a cold blooded killer especially one that he says he would lie for. MM claims that he whole heartily believes that Jodi will NOT be convicted. So he either lives in lala land or he is an idiot. Take your pick. My pick is idiot since he appears to still stand behind this female that could so coldly kill someone in the way she did Travis.

Oh, I think the judge will have a big problem with him admitting he would lie. Defense must be pulling their hair out......well, the lady. Mr. Numbi's head is shaved so I guess we know why? jmo

Hi Boodles!! I see a face of a woman (left eye, nose, and mouth) with a camera taking a picture and a flash of the camera.

That's what I see. It seems so clear to me. There is no full body shot just her face. She was up in his face when she took that pic. It explains to me why he has that look on his face. JMO
