20/20 is doing a story tonite about deception. Also known as "Jodi Arias Sings!" (kidding).

Glad I have a DVR!

Of COURSE they can't! She is LYING!

Even if I were in a healthy relationship with someone I wouldn't ask them to just "swing by" the 400 miles from the alleged "friend" they were visiting.

I mean she drove the ENTIRE state of CA, cut over to AZ, then drove to UT afterwards.

It's not like "oh, hey, well if you're already in town, give me a call!". Puhleeze!

not to mention she said she got off hwy 15 and took side streets to the 40 which is um impossible

Oh Boyee discussing the MEs testimony on NG now

No, psychopaths are always acting. What you see is a facade.

ty! so does that mean all the body language experts today were measuring her movements wrong?

Recording that one too. I'm gonna be up all night when I get in from a party, watching all these shows. lol I gotta say, Nancy Grace would be kicking this chick's a** if she was prosecuting her.

On that note, I had a little aha moment today regarding the jury. Comparing this to Betty Broderick (aka the "they were so mean to me I had to kill them" defense), the only sympathetic people to Betty were other women. Other women who sort of got off on the notion that their husbands who cheated/lied/left them for a younger woman etc deserved to be killed. There were little fan clubs for her.

This jury has more men than women. On first glance the women I saw were very attentive, taking notes, involved, not looking at Jodi.

I think this is all good for the State.

Catch any of you who are up late.... later....:seeya:

Was NG a good lawyer?

As a prosecutor I don't think she ever lost a case.

The way she's talking about the images she would leave in the jury's minds..omg, she would have been awesome. Ok really leaving now. ;)

technically she hasn't admitted it to public or LE - it has just been put forth as her defense by her atty's- she has never confessed to LE or the press

Since apparantly her defense team is the only ones she has told that she killed TA in self defense I was just wondering when TA's family found out that was her claim? Did they know before court? I noticed the surprised look on Tanisha's face when it was said in opening statements that JA killed him in self defense. :what:

In this particular case, I think NG would kick a** too. She's got Jodi's number!
I've seen her get a little silly defending the wrong people in other cases, but she's been very logical sounding on this case. JMO

I'd think it likely the prosecutor has kept the family apprised. Even though her latest version is just now being relayed through her attorneys it's been a part of court records since mid-2010 when she sought to submit the forged letters. After that Angela Arias was pretty vocal about her sister's claims of self-defense too.

Sorry for the sadness but glad you saw it.

For you and others, here is the FB page on it. The filmmaker does appreciate the feedback and that people are viewing it and he does see the Bagbys regularly.

Thanks for the link. I took a look at some of the pictures and found my eyes filled with tears just looking at them. I cant even begin to imagine the grief the Bagby's have endured... but that in their darkness... light was born. I hope every judge in the world views the documentary. My heart breaks for that family. RIP Andrew and Zachary... Peace be with Kate and David and May their murderer burn in hell!

I just googled this as I had not heard of this case.
Seems like "sharp mind and raw sexuality" was a bit of an overstatement.
*shiver* is right.

Yes...I agree with you, that quote was not from me.

Another off-topic, but I'm watching "Deadly Women" and so many of these women remind me of JA...I hope the jury has seen these type of shows so they know "sweet and demure" type of women CAN kill just like JA.

Earlier today someone posted asking for the Bible verse JA's brother Joey posted on Facebook. Here it is:

*The lips of an immoral woman are as sweet as honey, and her mouth is smoother than oil. But in the end she is as bitter as poison, as dangerous as a double-edged sword.*
Proverbs 5:3

Sounds like maybe he is seeing the light about his big sister!

I don't know what they said because I didn't see them. If they said she looks down and covers her face because she's ashamed, they're wrong,

I've seen that quote before in this case. Did they link it directly to Jodi's brother? I don't remember it being her sibling who said it when I heard about it before.

Oh. lol. I got that it was a rating grabber to get people to watch. Sheila was definitely neither sweet nor demure either man oh man.
