I'm questioning how many people need to spend $316 a year for legal services insurance.

I'm nearly 59 (and granted I got some free advice once because I worked at a law firm), but I doubt I've spent more than $300 in my entire life on legal services. And with a Paralegal Service in every town and on-line, anybody can get help with a traffic ticket or simple will at very little cost.

It is. No doubt about it. I looked up the basic contract and you get 1.5-2.0 hours of pre-trial time for your premium. In the real world, you'd get most of that free in a consult or would pay the premium amount for that time. More importantly you'd spend about 20 times or more that on pre-trial time because almost nothing goes to trial. The "insurance" is completely worthless and everyone who's selling it knows it for a fact. Complete scammity scam scam MAJOR, imo

I had it years ago, bought a year plan from a friend that was selling it. It covered much more. I found it very useful when purchasing and flipping a foreclosed property and evicting a tenant. I felt I got way more than my money's worth.

I have used it too and got more than my money's worth!
Plus I do the flips!

You will see an image of a light blue shirt, cropped dark jacket, the camera flashing in the left hand, and a gun? in the right. This would explain why he looked so shocked when Jodi Arias surprised him in the shower. and possibly shot him.. blowing the defenses theory of "self defense" out of the water.

There were only two roommates. And one wasn't there all that week. He was house sitting for someone else, the other worked. Maybe he doesn't have a sense of smell.

Actually, if you read Flores' supplemental police report both of them were in and out most of the time - including the day of and late night of murder!

I've been trying to watch the trial but can't help thinking if this girl attended the Casey Anthony school of lying, fake crying and acting like you really know what's going on. Yep some real morbid curiosity with this girl.

if she showed her bruises to her ex-BF in the last week or 2 before TA was killed, i'd say the PA could argue that's part of her premeditation.

if she showed her ex bruises 2 weeks before the murder she [once again] got caught up in her lies. TA was murdered 06/04 and they hadn't seen each other since early april. she may very well have gotten her butt kicked, but not by TA. she's probably the type to beat herself up for sympathy!!

Casey Anthony just had two of the charges for lying thrown out. She wins again.
Will justice ever prevail for ANYONE? Says a lot about Florida.

She is still the most "Hated women in America maybe the world." She has to look over her shoulder constantly because a lot of people want to take justice into their own hands when it comes to her. She wants to convince herself that it's getting better but I bet she will never go to a popular place for the rest of her life.

A couple of questions I'd like to hear Juan Martinez ask Alyce LaViolette, the expert witne$$ on domestic violence:

1. In your expert opinion, do you find that stalking behavior occurs more often in abusers or abusees?

2. Do you believe that Jodi Arias had no alternative to violence that day when she stabbed unarmed and naked Travis Alexander 29 times, nearly decaptitated him and shot him in the face? Do you want this jury to believe that this was her only alternative in that situation? Is this something you would teach in your Seminar?
