Sexual aids are purchased by both men and women including unmarried and/or Mormon. Manufacturers of these various sundries can provide statistical verification. Personal history and habits have no relevance or correlation to what someone else does in their life.

It seems more logical that Jodi brought the KY there.

I cant see Travis going into a store and buying it for anyone to see it.

Didnt Juan say she introduced the KY to Travis. Maybe its on one of the receipts showing where she purchased it.

IMO

From what we have heard about Jodi I'm sure it was in her bag along with her makeup. Never leave home without it. jmo

First time I ever heard of it was from a relative who was a paraplegic and used it when they had to use a catheter. So it has medical uses also. And, as you say it has nothing to do with the crime. But we can sure get an education on here at times. lol

all i'm saying is if she'd told ONE story instead of 3, she'd be in a better position. she wouldn't have gone into her trial as a known notorious, outrageous liar. the PA wouldn't be able to play those interviews, which prove she lies with complete ease.

and i think you're right about his cancelled trip. i think that, along with cancun, and him telling her to leave him alone all led to her decision to kill him.

They would only have the one interview to play of all her lies about self-defense and then show the evidence with the receipts, car rental, tags, hair color, knife and gun = overkill, pictures, phone off etc jmo

Where do you think she got all that cash? I doubt her grandparents would turn her in for stealing from them at this point.

BBM

That's the million dollar question. Since she was working at Casa Ramos maybe one of them was a paycheck?
I feel badly for her grandparents. They took her in only to have their lives turned upside down because of what she did.

KatieCL, I love your new avatar pic, btw. :-) :-)

they'd have everything they have now, yes. i didn't say she'd get off (do you think i did??)----but i do think if she'd told one consistent story, she'd be better off than she is now. it only takes one juror.

That's what happens when you don't have an attorney. She belonged to PPL, why would she have not taken advantage of getting an attorney. jmo

I just can't imagine being able to enlarge and print a reflection that could handle being enlarged by that much. I'm not saying it can't be done, I just think under those conditions even with infrared light it would be really hard to get a strong image.

Do you know what model Travis' camera was? I found one that was close but was hoping to find the exact model number. Thanks!

well, when you're smarter than everybody else, you don't think you need an attorney! :floorlaugh:

Because she brutally murdered one of their very own golden boys.

I enjoy reading all your post! I started back to college and am finding it difficult to keep up. I may have to join all you for wine this week!

Why would she make two seperate cash deposits into the same account, minutes apart? Makes no sense.

My guess is that these were ATM deposits. Maybe they were both checks? I know chase bank here in Indiana you can take a picture of the check and send it to the bank and they will deposit into your account. Maybe it is the same type of scenario, the Atm scans the checks? Totally just guessing here.

I'm thinking one cash deposit could have been from tips she made working as a waitress. The other one could have been her paycheck that she cashed and then decided to put that money into her account also. Clueless on the second account and why she would put money into it unless it was a savings account. But she clearly wanted a paper trail and put money into those accounts to cover her purchases. jmo

Well on a couple of occasions she made two separate fuel purchases at the same gas station within a minute or two.

On one occasion she made 3 separate fuel purchase at the same gas station. One was for 9 gallons, one was for 10 gallons and a third purchase of about 2 or 3 gallons. Juan didn't even catch it, but his witness tried to point it out. You could see it on the receipts as they were shown on the screen. This is why I was going to do a chart showing these things, but I can't right now cuz I'm posting from my phone.

2-3 gallons in the kerosene carbouy to burn stuff afterwards?

IIRC Travis' roommates each paid him $400.00 a month for rent and they were allowed full access of his home. She murdered him June 4. Perhaps they paid him in cash and he had not deposited the money yet.

We know that he had not deposited Jodi's check for the car payment yet. The one she kept asking everyone about. Maybe she was looking for her check to Travis and came across the rent money.

Weren't the deposits made though in CA before she got to Travis?

I;m pretty sure they were cash deposits. Why not combine the cash and make one deposit?

So in essence, it's like a bunch of individuals lying on therapists' couches and talking about their dreams, fears, and other natterings of the mind that the average Freudian or Jungian psychologist would encounter, but without the expert to then interpret what is going on inside the couch dweller (aka patient). Not terribly dissimilar to listening to the general public's interpretations of modern art pieces at a museum. A random splash of paint on a blank canvas can take on a whole story complete with predictions for mankind.

Lot cheaper than nattering away on a therapist's couch.:giggle:
