I agree with you. No wonder JA gave them a dirty look when she found out she was being talked about, with her in the house! I think Chris and Sky were trying to "guard" TA's chastity, or something. I wonder if TA stood up and defended JA's honor and left their home. TA was 30 yrs old not an underage boy. Bad form for CH and his wife to talk trash about JA while she was in their home.

With all due respect, we don't know exactly why they talked trash about Jodi. I can't remember the original interview, but there was something that upset them. Furthermore, they were Travis's long time friends, I presume they were looking out for Travis, they didn't know Jodi very well, she was not their friend.

As it happens, they were quite right to have their reservations about her, given what has happened.

I don't know if they were inappropriate with Travis or not, but I am not going to criticise them for looking out for their friend in their own home, when we don't fully know the circumstances.

P.s. I've done the same thing, for family. I have found that most times when a friend interferes in a relationship, the friendship goes, not vice versa. In the case of violence/abuse in a relationship I have both stayed friends & an open door if they needed me AND got into it, lost the friend for awhile.

My husband was married before. And she was (and probably still is) psycho! The more family and friends that told him to RUN like hell, the more defiant he was and stayed with her. It's a tricky thing, to give family or friends advice when they are in a bad relationship, you never know how they are going to react, but it sure seems that more often than not, it will bring that 'bad relationship' closer and further away from the people that cared enough to warn them.

Don't take it personally, Anita. I am "that friend" who has been in the bad relationship, and I have checked out of many friendships due to embarassment, depression, survival, forgetfulness, etc, but NEVER out of anger or disappointment.

Unfortunately, I am disappointed in myself for doing so, which makes it harder to reconnect. But my friends are great people, so I think they will understand. They are well aware of my situation. You sound like a really good friend!

from the police report it said there was no bedding in the bedroom and they didnt find it until they went downstairs to the laundry room. The bed sheets were in the dryer. How did she slide him across the floor with the bedsheet if he started the load of laundry?
One of the roomates metioned the floor cleaner being moved and the funiture on the tile was moved and it was unlike TA to move furniture and not put it back. Why would she move furniture downstairs?

If a witness is set to take the stand, they can only state that they was the inures or that Jodi said her finger was broken but cannot say that Jodi said Travis did this, correct?

Judge probably figures the testimony will be a crock and will end quickly after Juan gets hold of them! He is such a cutie!

Yes, that is how it will go but it would be great if Juan can find a photo of Jodi and her finger was like that before she said Travis did it.

But no matter what... a broken finger is not a punishment for death.

Is this correct? The defense can ask a witness if Jody said that Travis broke her finger. The defense can't ask witnesses if someone else told them that Jodi said Travis broke her finger.

I'm thinking, this morning, that IF Jodi is determined to take the stand, they'd want to put her on first in order to mitigate the damage with the experts. They could even use the expert's testimony to explain her , expected, bizarre behavior on the stand.
