My impression was the point the juror was coming to in their mind was does CH seek to 'mentor/help' people that are not underneath him, or in his group- so to speak. Making it clear that what Mr Gus Searcy was doing wasn't what other ring wearers were doing. Gus was helping JA who was not a direct underling to Gus... if CH also did things like this it may be normal. But it appears this isn't the normal thing. Does that make sense?
Yes, TY and that does make sense. I just wonder if a juror would have picked up on the brief mention of CH in the pyramid/circle scheme from today's testimony or if the question was based on what they may have seen watching TV yesterday.
