IMO - Today, the DA was schooled by the prosecution. First, Gus admits JA was upset while on the phone w/Travis, then DB admits to her borrowing gas cans to get to AZ, they had the same type of "sex" she had w/Travis, and JA took pics of DB in the shower without his knowledge. :what:

I thought it was the defense start of the case, but it's continued to be all prosecution. JMO

Nurmi's coming close to trapping Chris Hughes in a lie. Sounds like the Hughes's likely WERE talking to the prosecutor periodically, and trying to help the State put Jodi away for good. But I still don't exactly understand why this should warrant an automatic mistrial.

I guess they are trying to show that the prosecution fed information to the witnesses, and tried to affect their testimony.

Sounds like it's the other way around it was Nurmi who gave this witness and his wife the letters.

So, even though this testimony is done without the jury present, why do they keep getting called up to the judge instead of speaking in open court?

Is it in case a juror or witness is watching when they're not supposed to?

What's this defense said to Chris?...in January 2007 Chris and Sky felt Travis was being abusive to Ms. Arias? Wasn't that when Jodi found out he was seeing another woman?

If the prosecution used him as an agent to gather info and report back. That would be misconduct .

The DT keeps using the term "abusive," but what does that mean? That term needs to be defined. Verbal abuse, physical abuse, emotional abuse, mental abuse, and all the other terms used...calling someone a jerk is verbal abuse. Just saying.
