Jodi has made some huge mistakes but the Pro Travis side has as well. They should not have posted so much on social media or sent emails etc, I Manzana can talk all about this case BUT I am not involved, sometimes mum is the best answer.

we don't even know if what they're discussing will be put before the jury, do we? if not, then it's not evidence the jury will ever hear.

it was my understanding this hearing's about something horrible the PA did, according to the DA. so unless we hear---in the trial---about this 'abuse' by TA, all i want to know is whether the PA did something that rises to misconduct.

It's also called depositions. It's ludicrous to think the state would do this. If he wants info it's called discovery and taking depositions.

Yes, but maybe Jodi was crying to them, and they knew Travis was dating Lisa or somebody? Was Jodi calling them acting strange?

I agree that the judge is being way too lenient in allowing testimony and questions that have nothing to do about things. The judge needs to keep things on track. She is not doing that and allowing a free willy free for all.

Yes this is new. But most of us posters here believe that the way TA treated her as a secret girlfriend being a player etc was not nice at all even emotionally abusive. But we will have to see where this is going. Still nothing that warrants SD yet.

I hope that you aren't bunching me in with that "most of us posters here" because I do NOT feel that Travis was physically or emotionally abusive to her. On the contrary, I feel that SHE was the abusive one and, in the end, she proved me right.
