Who cares about memeber of the company.

WTH does the way the company is run have to do with freaking anything?? Unless, I am missing something??

I don't disagree with you, but I think the way Juan handled the witness might elicit some feelings of sympathy from the jury and that's not a great thing for the prosecution.

It won't matter either way because this is the first witness and this is going to be along trial. Unless Juan behaves this way with every witness ....

Plus... all JA will do is cry expecting sympathy. :jail:

Oh I dont think that means that the jury will be turned off David. A lot of people like to see a liar exposed.

I have had very hard hitting prosecutors on cases where I was a juror. It never entered into the verdict in fact I admired them when they exposed things. In fact the Judge will tell the jury not to hold it against either lawyer if they disaprove of their behavior. This verdict will be based upon the overwhelming amount of evidence entered.

IMO

I agree with you to a point but all jurors are different and not all of them with appreciate how agressive he is.

I wouldn't think $100,000 annual income is a lot of money if living in California!
