Does this summarize GS's testimony.

PPL or whatever it's called now isn't a pyramid scheme it's a circle scheme.
Jodi wasn't on Travis' team.
GS is the one who gave Jodi the untraceable phone.
GS spent the night with Jodi.
GS's assertion that what he had to say was uber important to Jodi was a bunch of bunk.


If that's all he said it seems to me that the only reason he testified is to give the company formerly known as PPL a better reputation.

Is that about it?

She's only allowed a pencil in the courtroom. I dont believe they are allowed pens in the jail... only pencils. It's strange that Gus's team was called (in his words today) Pentacle team and there is a pentacle in the drawing... If it were in pencil I might believe it was authentic but not so sure about it being in pen. MOO

That sounds about right.

I glazed over during the first 15 minutes of his testimony when he was preaching about PPL but I lease: hope he is NOT the company's PR guy.

There's one person who gets to seek justice for Travis after all these years, all the legal delays, all of the investigation and work, all of JA's lies and manipulation and tactics, all of the pain and torture Travis' family has been through.
That's Juan.
He knows the facts of this case and the tactics and excuses the defense and their witnesses/experts and attempting to sell. He knows he (likely) gets ONE shot. It's him alone on this case, no co-counsel. He is clearly an experienced, accomplished professional who doesn't use notes, knows the law inside and out, has a gameplan for each witness and the trial, and I trust he knows how to win and how to handle a jury.

As someone said yesterday- this isn't his first rodeo. Respectfully, while some might feel put off by him, the jurors will be advised and reminded that personal feelings towards the attorneys cannot factor into their verdict or deliberation. Juan knows what he's doing. He has proven the charges above and beyond IMO and will rebutt the defense case successfully IMO and if someone feels uncomfortable because of Juan that may not affect ones verdict.

Lol,can't keep up,went and did a couple things and I'm 10 pages behind already!What I'm wondering is ,this Gus,says he has evidence that could either help or hurt Jodi.Wouldn't it have to be one way or the other?It's either going to help or hurt.I couldn't really see any great significance to anything in his testimony,other than J odi was upset and crying after talking to Travis on the phone.So what?That's no license to massacre someone!
