There was no big scoop. The defense was trying to get information out about a phone call travis made to jodi (that left her in tears), but the judge considered it heresay and we didn't hear anything further.

ITA!! He contradicted or denied everything that he had told investigators, and within the time he was testifying he so many conflicting dates, etc., that as a juror I would not consider him credible what-so-ever.
Legal savvy folks - is there a legal problem with him contradicting his interviews with investigators?

i don't think he wanted to hurt her, but he did tell the truth about the gas cans, etc.
if he said something different in his deposition with martinez that martinez thought was important enough to bring up, he would've and he didn't. so if his story was different when they first interviewed him, it must not have been a big enough deal to impeach him with it. why do that? i think martinez was pretty happy with the info he got from darryl.

I have to leave, so y'all can feel free to throw the rotten veggies. I believe that there was something specifically toxic in the relationship between these two, which is why the psycho came out. I think poor DB NEVER saw ANYTHING (in his private relationship with her) that shows that she would be a crazy, rageful murderer. I think he believes she was a victim of abuse, because that's the only way he can understand the difference between how Jodi was with him and with Travis.

I feel like he doesn't have any remorse about leaving his child with Jodi. His ex-wife on the other hand? :furious::moo:
