I give up. The point apparently cannot be articulated in a way that elicits any understanding. When my coworker told me his thoughts I understood what he was saying; I had asked him for his perspective and he shared it.

please don't give up. I don't understand how being attracted to a Jodi Arias type person equates into anything.

It was terrible that he fell for her.. but he did.. and look where he ended up.. You are correct that even Travis shared this fear of her.. he shared it with the family that he ate dinner with on Sundays. (iirc: the guy said in the interview that Travis told him if he were found dead it was because of Jodi)

I think Travis was trying to deal with things himself that he should have taken to the authorities. I don't think he really ever realized what level it would go to.

The witness never looked over the notes. He wasn't under oath then. Things may have been misinterpreted. Have you personally reviewed the notes?

MOO is that she hasn't misspoken about anything..there is a pattern where the defendant is concerned...a pattern IMO that is extremely relevant to the first degree murder for which she's charged.

You can't claim someone made you do a certain sexual act, claim it's so vile you had to kill them​

If there was an issue with it, the attorneys can address it. In fact, the PA allowed the document into evidence. The PA could address the issue on cross-examination if he realized the error he made.

No reason to think he won't, until he was allegedly trying to scare witnesses for the defense into altering/omitting testimony. If true, that's a huge credibility issue.

E-mails that CH apparently sent to TA addressing how he was treating JA. The DA implied it was about some sort of abusive relationship.

It sounded to me like CH was advising Travis to stop leading her on, stop giving her hope. That type of 'abuse'. I don't think the defense is going to be able to find any evidence of the kind of abuse they're talking about that 'forced' her to kill him in self defense. Not unless she testifies to it.

IMO it was at her urging, not his.

We're supposed to believe she's easily manipulated by men, right? If the anal was only once or twice I'm going to assume it just wasn't his thing. IMO.

Nurse, it's the phone # of the person in the car with him, but I'm guessing there wasn't anyone in the car.

We know it is a male. Gus referred to the person several times as "he" and "him".

From the hearing today. If there's another person that heard it, which we'll see in short time, it's damning for his credibility.
