It is a homicide at this moment. Murder requires a murderer. JA is innocent at this moment. She has not been found guilty by a jury of her peers in a court of law.

But she killed him. And admitted it. That's not murder?

No wrong, it is a murder. Travis was murdered, he didn't have an accident or suicide.

MooCow, Jodi admitted to killing Travis. If she murdered him in self defense or murdered him in cold blood, she murdered him. Murder is murder and dead is dead. Just like killed = dead.

I want to hear what strange thing happened!

Maybe the defense quickly cut Lisa off from discussing this because it involved Jodi?

Well I felt punched in the stomach when JM nearly put that picture up. It nailed the reality on the head (no pun intended).

Agreed. It put things back into prospective. This trial isn't about an erect penis, kissing and heavy petting.

How come I have never seen these jury questions before in a trial. Is this something new?

My new glasses are making me queasy. I've got to get used to them.

If anybody gives a :censored:

Yep, that's where I think they were going with that. The defense didn't want that bit of information out there.

Ooooooooh! Good call!!!

Lisa remembers TA one time saying he was sorry for losing his temper . . . Lisa said she didn't like seeing him like that

Prosecutor

Why?
Why did he send you that text Why?
Objection
Approach

The DT is so shady............they just want it out there that he was angry and then the reason for it dropped so the jury will speculate and Juan wants it in full context and why he was upset.

Sheesh.......this DT thinks its bad if a guy get a boner when kissing a pretty girl and thinks he should have never been mad............ever in his life.

What BS.

imo

Actually it was a slaughter and she admitted she was the butcher.

Legally it isn't the same. It isn't murder until she's convicted.

Only some states and countys allow juror questions. For example in Texas its not allowed but AZ does allow it.

Welcome to Websleuths!
:welcome:

A few states allow the jurors to question the witness through the judge.

It doesn't matter. It's not a murder until she's been convicted.
Don't you mean, SHE's not a murderer until convicted. Travis was definitely murdered, killed, a victim of a homicide...technicality or no technicality, IMO.

First thing they should have done with a DP case an non-sequestered jury is cleared the judges docket.

Correct he can only address issues that were presented on direct or redirect.
Thanks. IMO Martinez could not have asked many questions the jurors did because of that.
