I have been experiencing multiple computer problems this morning . . . . missed some of the beginning of Lisa (Andrews) D's testimony . . . .

what I gleaned so far was
1) She and TA dated and broke up the first time because she found out TA was cheatin on her . . . . TA's friend told her Sister - who in turn told her.
2) TA was seeing JA and another girl in addition to Lisa
3) TA took JA on an overnight trip (which was not seen well in their church) . . . .
4) TA took Lisa on a day trip but never overnight
5) Lisa met JA @ church event . . . .

did you come to find out TA and JA were dating? Objection - hearsay - overrulled answer yes or no
I understood they were not dating but they had dated. . . .
smaller gathering - saw JA try to hold TA's hand . . . doesn't recall TA try to brush JA hand aside but did see him not reciprocating her affection . . . .she tried to show affection and he did not show it back (ie: - one time @ his house - he was trying to talk to 10-15 people @ his house she tried to be all over him, hug him, hold his hand and he would not reciprocate.
During this time when Lisafirst met JA with TA . . .
Lisa joined summer after graduated - summer of 2006 - she joined the single's ward of their church . ..
While dating TA he always professed (objection-sustained) during the 3 times you dated TA in these 8 months you did not have sexual relations with him? no
Did he always profess to being a virgin?

--Lisa was aware that Travis took Jodi on overnight trips. She told Travis she had found out about these trips.
--Lisa is asked about what she knew about Jodi. She first met Jodi at a meeting at the church. Similar to the family church activity nights.
--When Lisa first met Jodi she understood Travis and Jodi were not dating.
--Lisa learned that Travis and Jodi had dated.
--Lisa saw Jodi and Travis together, 1-2 times in his home, there were other people in the home, on one occasion it was a smaller gathering of 10-15 people.
--Did not ever see Travis be affectionate with Jodi. Saw Jodi try and be affectionate with Jodi. Saw her try to hold Travis' hand. Did not ever see Travis brush her aside. Saw Travis not reciprocate the affection. Saw Jodi show affection and Travis did not show affection.
--Travis was trying to talk to his guests and as he was talking Jodi would "be all over him" and have her arms around him.
--This would have been before Lisa and Travis dated.
--Lisa joined the singles group at the church in June 2006.
--Does not remember exactly when she met Jodi.
--Lisa never had sex with Travis.
--Lisa is asked if Travis had said he was a virgin and Martinez objected. The DT tries to get this question in but it is hearsay.
