At this rate all the attorneys should just stay at the side bar and ask their questions from there.

  • #542
Oh for gawd's sake, this is so ridiculous.

  • #543
"Approach, approach, approach..." This is getting ridiculous and now it's not even fun to watch.

This has only proven that Travis had a normal testosterone level for a healthy male of his age. Where's the damning evidence?

  • #545
Is the DA trying to say TA shot Arias' values down. She was a VERY willing partner in the sex department. And for cryin' out loud...he didn't rape Lisa or anything. Yup, the defense is going to annoy me...with their defense.

there's only a couple questions that she should be asking here:

did he beat you
did he lunge at you
were you afraid of him
did he come after you with a butcher knife

This nonsense is irrelevant. It sounds like he treated her with kindness and respect.

THANK YOU!!!!! I puffy heart you for saying this. This is EXACTLY my same thoughts.

What did katiecool say she was wearing?

ITA. I view her as a lot less hesitant than Jodi's ex and I believe she has much more reason to be reluctant. Ultimately it was her friend that was butchered the defense seems to want to drag through the muck with her testimony.

Oh yes much more than Darryl for sure.

Oh gee here goes Jean wanting to convict Travis.:banghead:

A slutty girl is like the first slice of bread in a loaf. Everybody touches it but nobody wants it.

But the guys will eat it eventually. :blushing:

If you can't do the nasty until your married in the Mormon religion I'd be sunk.

:floorlaugh:

Me too! I don't have anything against the LDS, but I don't get all the wards, and family meetings, and what not's. I'd last about 5 seconds, as I do everything bass-akwards. Like having my son before marrying his baby daddy. I don't think the church would take too kindly to that.

I don't think she'll be there until after the lunch break.

She posted here that she was leaving to be there at start time, I thought. Maybe I didn't factor in time difference.

Anyhoo, she said she would be wearing a white shirt and a big dark heart necklace, but NOT the Biebs wiglet. She also said she looked like her avatar with straighter hair.

Did you see the photo of Jodi clutching a bloody knife? When you see her doing something she enjoys, where she feels comfortable (a blood soaked room) it all becomes clear. She looks odd because Jodi Arias is not one of us humans.

I seen it & got nauseated.

hence why they broke up genius DA

Yeah, right?

How does ANY of this explain how JA "feared for her life" when she dropped Travis' camera, sending him into a rage causing her to slaughter him naked in his shower?

I'd love for the defense to make that connection.

i'm only watching this on tv bc i'm sick at the moment, but i do not agree with all the insulting of the defense counsel and won't be surprised if, at the end, we hear that jurors were completely turned off by a bullying, jerk of a prosecutor who ultimately made it easier for them to believe the defendant.

they are going to have to replace that patch of carpet after today, it will be really thread bare after all the back and forth to the bench

Is everyone wondering how they would feel if some of their emails were read or talked about in court? I know I wouldn't want some of mine read. :blushing:
