I suspect the jury, if they have any maturity at all, realizes this is normal boy/girl stuff, especially if they reflect on the discipline of the Mormon religion.

I feel so bad for Lisa - she has a relatively new marriage and a 4 month old baby. She is probably currently living one of the happiest times of her life and this mess, thought no fault of her own, is marring it.

Jodi has to be sitting there feeling like Lisa is her new best friend. Lisa's emails are effectively painting a negative picture of Travis.

I guess all the testimony was leading to this .. Travis was not forthcoming with her about his involvement with Jodi, including taking Jodi on a trip. And he was inconsiderate for wanting to talk late at night when she was tired.
