Nothing the defense has brought up so far justifies Jodi murdering Travis.

I'm sorry but this chick sounds like she was super high maintenance in her relationship with Travis. Men hate the type of drama she's talking about.

As a woman I HATE this type of drama.

I get the impression that all of the rules of Mormonism make everybody high maintenance. JMO

She behaved exactly like she was at the time...a teenager. All teens blow things out of proportion.

Does anyone think this nonsense could ever rise to the level of Travis abused this woman?

I think she was just young. jmo:seeya:

I am almost getting amused at that email Lisa wrote. She sure got it all off her chest, didn't she? She must have been pretty upset with him AT THAT MOMENT. (She actually may be a little high maintenance.) Not being snarky - I think she is adorable actually. And again, mostly normal boy/girl stuff.

Unfortunately, it is being used in this trial against Travis.

Me thinks Lisa is luck to be alive!

Perfectly reasonable for her to expect Travis to tell Jodi to back off for the sake of their own relationship. Sounds like she was really hurt. I don't know how this helps Jodi though

:floorlaugh:

Me too! I don't have anything against the LDS, but I don't get all the wards, and family meetings, and what not's. I'd last about 5 seconds, as I do everything bass-akwards. Like having my son before marrying his baby daddy. I don't think the church would take too kindly to that.

MOO

Mel

But its really not that uncommon, I'm rocking my unwed daughter's son (my grandson, lol) right now and we will be in church sunday.

Note to self: Never detail relationship difficulties in an email.

Lisa reconnected with Travis very shortly before his death just as an fyi. She blogged that she was very grateful to have had that.

  • #613
So she sent him a long email, explaining her feelings - why she was hurt, angry, sad, ashamed, etc...
It means very little if we don't know what his response to all of this was. People can type up any old thing they want - not saying she did - but it might not necessarily be true or it can be skewed by the writer's perspective.
Did he respond and they are just not sharing it?

wtf??? do you know how long it took you to type this email???????????????

REALLY??????????????? :furious:

  • #615
"that I said out of anger."

That is what JM will point out, IMO.

  • #616
:what: :gulp: I didn't see the picture of her clutching a bloody knife. Will it give me nightmares?

I think it might. It won't for me. It was a kodak moment when I thought that is the first photo where Jodi looks real.

Jodi has to be sitting there feeling like Lisa is her new best friend. Lisa's emails are effectively painting a negative picture of Travis.

She is probably sitting there gloating knowing she caused all of this trouble.:furious:

Depends on whom you ask... The Pros would say He!! No. The Def would say Goodness, Yes.

She sounds like a typical self-centered, dramatic teen girl. Maybe she was a bit too immature for TA.

  • #620
Is this the girl who had her tires slashed?
