TigerBalm, there was a woman in a white shirt, with glasses on her head, sitting directly behind TA's sister during one of the many many sidebars. Could you get a screenshot of this to see if it was katiecool? I only saw it for a split second. TIA!! :)

ETA: nevermind, for obvious reasons, lol!

She should just be getting there right now. 12:30

I know quite a few people who met their partners when they were 18 or 19 years old. And they remained with their partners for many years. I agree it's not often that it happens. In those instances I found when the couples reached milestones in their development grew together rather than apart. And I feel relatively confident that had they met later in life they still would have ended up married. They were, as it seems, soulmates destined to be together. But again I agree it's rare, especially in today's age, that couples who meet at 18 end up together forever.

FYI, I met my husband when I was 14, married at 18, had 38th anniversary in 2012. It hasn't all been peaches and cream, but it works!:seeya:

Lisa 's email was an accurate characterization of a 19 yr old Mormon girl attempting to size up a 30 yr old "mormom" suitor. The facts described are likely true.

TA was aggressive in seeking intimacy and would have engaged in heavy petting and intercourse if he had been allowed to. This was contrary to Mormon edicts.
TA was in short a horny guy trying to get into her pants. He was appropriately rebuffed.

TA was a liar and deceived Lisa PERIOD.

I think TA along with his Legal Shield buddies were opportunists and showed narcissistic characteristics. He sought compliments without reciprocity.

His juggling JA along with Lisa shows a lack of conscience and he clearly violated most of all precepts of Mormonism. TA was a total FRAUD and a HYPOCRITE with respect to him posing as a "good Mormon"

TA is not a "sexual deviant" He is just a normal 30 year old horny Male who has seen his share of 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬.

TA is not on trial here. A is also not here to defend his character, nor is that admissible in court by others.
Jodi Arias is on trial for butchering someone to death.

I dont think they have proved that Travis was more worldly. He made out ...sounds like he was still doing immature things like teens do until he met Rodeo Jodi!:floorlaugh:

I agree OBE, in addition I believe that most men mature much later than women do, although some never do, lol. At 30, his testosterone level had to be off the charts.

Where might I find said photo? Afterall, I bravely sought out the OTHER pictures!

I think it was posted at the end of the last thread but I'm not sure about that.

Congratulations! Love hearing success stories like this :)

All of Lisa's testimony could have been so much better for the defense if it was under a better defense lawyer. As it is, with this one, the points that defense is making are not clear because of the lawyer.

Do you think the defense attorney is getting paid by the hour????

Yep agree. But watching JA was interesting.

I really hated watching her even more today. She had to be sitting there gloating like an old toad that she broke them up and Lisa was a much better catch than Jodi.:(

I took a nap (finally able to sleep without waking up coughing) and missed the first portion of the trial. What's up with the live feeds? They're all color bars, unless I'm missing one.

I think we all took a group nap during that testimony.

these breaks are terrible, this trial will definitely go on til april at this pace. makes me miss Belvin Perry, holding court all day long 6 days a week even!

I truly hope the prosecutor goes easy on cross examination, this witness is sweet, he could turn the jury off if he's overly harsh with her IMO

JM is going to ask LD all kinds of questions re: if she ever felt afraid of him (she asked TA to sleep at her home the night her tires were slashed, IIRC, to PROTECT her), if her ever threatened or hurt her, and perhaps some questions about the tire slashing, etc. IMO.

Doesn't he have to finish his testimony? Provided he can find a lawyer somehow of course.

I taught my teen son the same, told him again when he got his first iPhone. Don't ever text anything he woukd be embarrassed if his NaNa read it.

He only made that mistake once, had to read it aloud to his grandmother.

He hasn't repeated that mistake!

Whoopsie, lol. Didn't really see the woman, as she looks nothing like katie's avatar. My bad! :floorlaugh:
