I'm sorry but what has been said or proved in court to classify Travis as bi-sexual?? Did I miss a huge bombshell along the way? So far, the defense has made reference to Jodi wearing "little boy underwear", which I'm under the impression are actually boy shorts and quite common. Excuse me for being a bit annoyed by these posts, but this is how rumors get started when NOTHING has pointed to anything but Travis being a red blooded heterosexual male, struggling with normal sexual hormonal urges that conflicted with his religious beliefs. I don't see much evidence about MANY things!! I do hope jurors keep open minds tho that anal with Jodi doesn't have to equal abuse - it could have been an experimentation of sorts. Suppose it won't matter much anyway - I gather some people think anything except missionary is deviant! LOL

Is anyone else at their wits end over this trial's schedule? :banghead:They are constantly late in getting going with the actual trial. Then do not stay that time to make it up. They take very long lunches. They take days off during the week not including multiple weeks off at a time and that doesn't even count the time off so Nurmi can continue his childish case against everyone and anyone on the State's or Travis's friends side. :banghead:

I don't remember - but I am very certain there's more than one case of it happening anyway. This case in particular, iirc, was a gang-related shooting. The defense attorney was napping during the prosecution's cross I believe.

this was a DP case. i think the guy lost the appeal based on the lawyer sleeping too.
