I'm sorry but what has been said or proved in court to classify Travis as bi-sexual?? Did I miss a huge bombshell along the way? So far, the defense has made reference to Jodi wearing "little boy underwear", which I'm under the impression are actually boy shorts and quite common. Excuse me for being a bit annoyed by these posts, but this is how rumors get started when NOTHING has pointed to anything but Travis being a red blooded heterosexual male, struggling with normal sexual hormonal urges that conflicted with his religious beliefs. I have no idea, but she and her little group have been doing it since the trial began.

If the defense attorney knew how to properly phrase her questions, the prosecutor wouldn't have to object so much. The jury should be focused on the answers from the witnesses and not the prosecutor's demeanor.

From what I understood, it was a lot of hearsay objections that were overruled.
