This witnessed has selective memory depending on who's asking the questions, imo...

She was just a kid at the time.

Or that Martinez is stating things that didn't happen?

He knows what happened probably via deposition of her brother.

I heard this on Jane Velez-Mitchell's show, but the kitten in Jodi's care did not die and was not unfed. It was just locked up for two weeks with no human contact (but with food and water) and freaked out a little. (According to an ex co-worker of Jodi's.)

Thank you for your response to my question, Puzzler.

Wow! That's cold. I can't imagine not trying to put a kitten at ease by giving it attention and affection.

Even the strays I feed at my father's and the feral's, I always spend time with them and show them whatever little bits of affection they will allow me to. It is taking a bit of time, but gradually they are coming more and more to me after I feed them. The feral cats will always be wary of me, but the stray's are definitely letting me pet them much more.

I can't imagine not giving any pet some human contact.

OK guys, if I am a juror, and the PA keeps saying did you not walk with them for 45 minutes, or etc....I want to see where the prosecutor got this information. I to this day will not believe anything unless in writing or from the stand, not from the PA OR DA asking........I call this my FCA trial lesson!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope the jurors have something in evidence where she said this, or looks to me...........well..........wish PA has some evidence of her saying stuff to others!!!!!!!! :pray"

How dispicable was the victim bashing by the defense after lunch?

How was cross by Juan on Lisa both stylisticly and the content of his questions?

TIA!

On her blog Lisa wrote she believed had Travis survived they could have worked through their problems and he was the only man she ever loved. She grieved his loss, greatly. (Let's not paint it into she was lucky to get away because she has never stated that and seems to feel very different.)

Fortunately now she is happily married to a seemingly great guy and has a new baby. I really wish her a lifetime of happiness. MOO

I think she will always love Travis. He was her first love.

She said she was so thankful that she got to talk with Travis before he died.

imo

Excuse me he was on a mission during that time? A missionary isn't allowed to drive in a car with an unmarried woman on their mission. Nor are Mormon girls allowed to wear bikini's. Have you all seen the photos of Jodi on the Havasupai trip? Her scanty bikini with breast implants? Um- really?

watching this defense attorney is kinda like watching Elle Woods in Legally Blond... What the heck?

Yeah, but Elle was AWESOME!

I love that movie...."bend and SNAP"

What is with these defense witnesses, they have nothing to add other than the PA asking them stuff they forgot about and making him look swarmy? hmmmmmmmmm

Wow, did that witness love Jodi or what.

I think she did not want to be there. Over the top for one person may not be for the next, it's a matter of perception, many would interpret it differently, she couldn't recall what Travis said that was supposedly over the top, so we will not know, unless the brother remembers.

I get that but how did she remember everything the DA asked her? Literally everything. This is JMO. Idk what she has to gain, just strange to me.

Travis took Jodi on trips and this proves she was emotionally abused?
Travis played a joke on Jodi and this proves that Jodi was violently abused?
Travis raised his voice to Jodie and this proves that he violently abused Jodi?

The defense couldn't get any weaker.

Exactly! Being honest here, it can be really annoying when you're clearly joking with someone and they take it overly serious. I'm sure I've snapped at people in those situations feeling like they were being dramatic for no reason.

This defense attorney is letting this witness proselytize to the court room.
