I saw the photo of Jodi's younger sister where she is holding her hands like a gun. She looks like she could be the woman who was wearing the striped shirt in court, with the shoulder tat and giving the world the bird. Is this the same person?

ughhh - margins are blown! I hear we're only going to get a short session today with the cross on the last witness -- then no court until next week. Is that what everyone else is hearing?

Who is up on the stand first this am? Or, is it a carry over from yesterday? Thanks.

We will have cross examination of the brother of the sister-brother team (don't remember the names)

Following me earlier post....and considering folks questioning the changes to HLN and Vinnies new haircut that is wild....

I'm not a verified insider.....but I do know....office communications, that HLN and subs in Atlanta are stressing to all of their folks that they want to shoot for a younger demographic for their viewership.

Therefore perhaps IMO......they are doing more screaming, spitting, (Vinnie, quit spitting when you talk, it is not attractive!) younger type, exclamatory reporting. Those of us that are "older" are no longer their targets. They want to go after younger viewers....and it's coming from the top through all of their touchpoints to their audience.

Nope, the meanies at TruTv are reading here and had it taken down. ;)

Oh carp! :furious:

It sure would be nice if we could get InSession LIVE on the forgotten coast instead of 3 hour old stuff.

Did you? LOL
This is the same detective that interviewed Jodi both times in the taped interrogation interviews. The state already anticipated back then to bring in a special investigator? I'm impressed.

Detective Flores works for the Mesa Police Dept. I think he's in court daily because he was the lead investigating officer on Travis' case.

HTH.

Travis did have a Will.

imo

I know. Just making an observation about Travis taking care of things before and after death. Says a lot about a young man doesn't it? And maybe he knew to make a will due to PPL.

Gus on the other hand doesn't seem to follow his companies advice and have an attorney on retainer.

I like the big pictures.

You can always zoom with a click.

Big pictures blow up the page and make refreshing the screen more difficult.

No big deal... just makes refreshing and posting easier for some posters.

Thank you so much, Carol2, for those awesome photos! From those perspectives, the room looks so much bigger than it appears to me on TV.

i agree. a marching band could fit down that middle aisle. lol

Question. does anyone maybe the lawyers on this thread could answer. why the court reporter does not go up to the sidebars to record the conversations? do those conversations need to be part of the record also? we see in other trials where the reporter goes up to the bench each time.
