I know he did, not sure if odd is the right word but how many at thirty without a family ie no wife and kids, actually have a will.

You're right. Probably was aware of importance of a will since he was working for PPL. Might have been a free benefit with the coverage.

ETA: would be curious to know when the will was executed.

the new thread will open when trial starts.

JM said tumescent penis!!!!

I just about choked and am still coughing

Those two sentences should not go together!

In Arizona, well Maricopa County at least, the lead case agent sits at the table with the prosecutor(s) during the duration of the trial.

Det. Patricia Ramirez sat at the prosecutors table as well during two separate trials re Baby Gabriel.

Thank you TigerBalm. I think it very interesting how different states handle a trial and how different judges 'rule' their court room. I remember the judge in Abraham Shakespare acted like he'd have a coronary if the defendant sniffled out loud. He must have admonished her several times. No emotion to be displayed. He was a tuff one.

That could be why JA fought so hard to keep the contents of her computer examination sealed. (found in court minutes)

Will the jury know the contents of her computer? Will the public ever know the contents, if she is convicted? Anyone know?

Me too. It's a tumescent crush.

:floorlaugh: :floorlaugh: :floorlaugh: I have never heard that word before...guess that is polite verbiage for a hard on? :blushing:

I'll have to remember that word, although now at my age and single, don't see that occasion often. :what::please::great:

*ATL remembers her younger "🤬🤬🤬🤬" years and smiles to herself*

I didn't find it strange he had the will, just that he put the dog in it. Who expects your dog to outlive you?

I'm kind of confused where Lisa and Travis were when Jodi walked in uninvited into the house. Whose house were they at? I assumed it was Travis's but I was reading a post on IN Session and someone said it was Lisa's house they were at when they were in the kitchen and she walked in and then ran out. Does anyone know? Not that it really makes a difference. Still stalkery and creepy either way...

Here are a few moments when Jodi shows any reaction to Darryl Brewer's testimony:

We saw it back when he testified I believe. It just looks like a work of art to me.

I would hate to know that Jodi did this in pencil/charcoal. If she did, what a freaking waste!

and had a mouthful of salsa con queso when JM said tumescent penis!!!! OMG!!! (yes I missed that yesterday)

I just about choked and am still coughing

:floorlaugh: it made me think of Austin Power when they first spot one in outer space.

nursebeeme my hat is off to you keeping up with this thread. I am mentally teleporting you boxes of five hour energy drinks and cases of no doze.

I believe it was at his house. At Lisa's house, when TA was there, her door alarm went off and she asked him to stay. That was the night of the tire slashing. jmo

I think Lisa confirmed that when she said Jodi just walked into the house unexpectedly while she was there with Travis and then turned and ran out the door. That pretty much confirms it to me. Running out the door shows she was not invited but I believe Jodi did it deliberately just to try and break Lisa and Travis up. Seems Jodi had perfect timing in that respect which points to her knowing where he was and what he was doing and with whom. I think that is considered stalking. jmo

I agree. My point was only that the term "stalker" was, interestingly, first brought up by the Defense. That is where the jury first heard it in this trial.

Are you in the Dunwoody Drinking Club group who follows this trial? I'm on their Facebook page (I'll send you info if you're not as they have tons of updated info about that trial...yes Andrea Sneiderman, what a piece of work!). Wow, talk about courtroom drama with HER.

Nope, I don't need the info as already have it, :fence: but others may. I prefer here to be anonymous, :rocker: especially with what I have disclosed here and other threads! Knowing that, perhaps will send you a pm, or you can send one to me.

(Yep, I live 2 miles from Andrea's new house in Johns Creek......off State Bridge Road behind Dolpin Elementary...nuff said?).

It was Travis' house, you can hear the question and answer right here:

Hey folks... Is there a trial today?

Its strange. We have been in the defense case this week but I cant remember a thing that has really helped JA and can only remember the WOW moments when Juan revealed more evidence through the DTs witnesses.

IMO

I agree! I'm a LOT more comfortable with the Juror question this time... Last time their questions made me a little nervous.
