I saw the photo of Jodi's younger sister where she is holding her hands like a gun. She looks like she could be the woman who was wearing the striped shirt in court, with the shoulder tat and giving the world the bird. Is this the same person?

No, thats is nto the same person. JA's sister HAS been in court previously, sitting next to her mother. But the strppied shirt girl with the tattoos was a friend of JA's from high school. She was actually on JVM after Tuesday's trial. I thought that was funny, as I had seen on IS's FB page, they said she didnt want to talk to the media until the trial was over...... but she sure was on JVM that same day. Her name is Tina.

She was vague as to how JA was in high school, who she hung out with etc. I saw her as being another coming out of the wood work to be famous for a second. uke: Her interview sucked completley. All she would say was "this is so out of character for JA" "I was shocked to hear she had done this" and she also said she believes that JA "SNAPPED" - yes, she said JA must have SNAPPED, therefore yet again.... throwing out the defense story of her killing in self defense. uke: :banghead:

Does anyone have a link that will work? I'm on the west coast and In Session is not live here on TV so have been watching online.

I know he did, not sure if odd is the right word but how many at thirty without a family ie no wife and kids, actually have a will.

I'm not married and do not have any children. I have a living will - primarily so my doggies will be taken care of. Maybe that's odd to some, but they are my "kids" and very important to me. I completely and totally get that TA left Napoleon to someone! Upon learning he had a dog, that was one of my first questions in this case - what happened to the poor pup?
