Yes, Travis was a Mormon and was having sex with JA, who was also a Mormon.

I'm an atheist, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter weather you were born into a religion or choose a religion. Everyone in such religion has to follow the same rules.

This is what I call a stepping stone defense...if the defense can convince the jury Travis was a sinful man not living up to the principles of his faith then they get to the stepping stone he could have been abusive and then he could have been a pedophile. It all starts with the first step...

This testimony just points out the desperation of the DT. They are grasping at straws for something/anything to try and show Travis in a negative light. So far (Moo) they are proving Travis is like any other male at his age.
