Might be going for- he made her change religions.
I hope if they try that angle - then Juan gets her ex-boyfriend...Mr Hidey-face (I forgot his name) on the stand and tries to rebut that.
Might be going for- he made her change religions.
Oh I get it. 20 minutes of building up testimony because Travis made a flirtatious comment to a waitress. Gotcha.
How is this witness such a relationship expert?
I can see jodi very clearly today
Glad you made it. I guess you can explain why they want to use your faith to trash TA? We all know he wasn't perfect in the tenants of his faith. Can we move on?!

Newbie question - do you all have to hit "refresh" to see all new posts or do they just show up for you (like facebook)? I keep refreshing. I am sure there is probably an easier way!
Damn straight!
Once when my grandma was in her late 80's my brother made a joke about a guy named Dick Hertz. My grandma said; Who's Dick Hertz? Of course I had to yell; Mine does, mine does!!! My sister almost squirted her iced tea out her nose.
:giggle:
darling daughters want to go to out for coffee...thinking that will be when this gets interesting..... :furious:
I think their religion is very relevant to both sides. For the Prosecution, it shows the lengths Jodi went to to be "like" Travis (her conversion) and how she took his rejection of her for not being good enough/marriage material. It goes to motive. For the defense, they are trying to use it to show how "deep" and committed she was to the church, and how badly Travis treated her for indulging in the same behaviors he did (each with the other) and how he had the charisma and power to mentally enslave her (their take on it, not mine). All JMO.
