I think this so far has been a productive day, based on the jury' questions.

The def is furiously convincing the jury that j & t didn't get along at times, but he never was abusive either with words or actions. But j has a habit of getting upset and reacting by running away. She also went to his friends and their families and told them all her and T's business. (seriously, who does that?)

We also learned that t was no match for ('experienced w/sex' )defendant, based on her previously living with a man. T who was trying to go by the laws of his church of chastity. T had chaperones on their dates and even at home, ie a roommate. But we also know that j drove to his house and stayed there when there were no roommates present, then she lied about it, then she killed him and went on her merry way to be with another man.

I think I've got this straight.

I missed this mornings testimony. (I was glad it was that guy on the stand) My sons came into town and stopped by. Anyone want to give me the highlights? What was the best moment of this morning?

lol I told my sons that I love them.... BUT if Jodi took the stand this afternoon they would have to leave. haha I might not get nominated for mom of the year.

He asked if the witness was aware that Jodi and Travis were having oral sex when she was baptized.

I have never seen someone look that far up for answers. His eyes were almost rolling back in his head to answer a few simple questions. What's strange is his testimony provided nothing. (at least nothing that would help defense)
