I always felt sorry for Betty Broderick----if I was in her place I might have done something drastic. I always say though ...don't do the crime if you can't do the time......

Exactly, I wouldn't do well in prison.

Whenever I see people squabbling here, one thing comes to mind: "Opinions are like *ssholes. Everybody's got one and everyone thinks everyone else's stinks."

I'd rather wash my eyes out with acid than to see one more photo of naughty bits. :puke:

And I've been really glad I don't watch on line so I missed it! Pheww!

Here's a little insight as to just how much taller Jodi actually is than her attorney. (Photoshopped on the far right, near right was snapped when they were standing next to each other.) You can see on the left how little and harmless the defense are trying to make her look. This stuff drives me crazy! LOL

Her knees must hurt sitting down so low like that.

I want to club that seal.

Ok . . . fess up! How many of us are staring at the seal watching for inadvertent broadcast of naughty bits again?

:blushing:

:seeya: Oh, hi!

On that note, out for a quick meeting. If JA takes the stand, can you guys send up smoke signals? I'll take that as my cue to get home!

I'm not proud to "admit" this but aren't you talking about RHOOC?

why yes we are....I can't do all of the housewives..those atlanta ones along with Miami....but the others....having a few problems with Lisa Vanderpumps spinoff---"vanderpump rules"---those kids are crazy

Have they ever started on time?

Sure. As far as photos go, Jodi took zillions of self portraits. It is assumed Travis took the "graphic" body parts pics of Jodi.. I am not going to assume that, especially considering Jodi's character and track record. It would be great if Prosecution explored TA's computer for any evidence that he took those types of pics, or viewed them.. and then checked Jodi's.

As far as bondage and "kinky" sex being Travis' thing... so far, the source always seems to be Jodi's insinuations and her apologists. She also stated that "they shared online passwords because of mutual distrust"... REALLY? Shall I take her word for it? More likely that SHE is a liar and trespassed all boundaries.. in MANY ways.

I am not saying Travis was a virgin... nor that consensual sex games are wrong.. just that I am not going w/ the subtle innuendos that have been bandied about. Unless I am convinced fairly otherwise. So far.. lies, lies and forged letters, for example. Also, Jodi shows up w/ braided pigtails... and I should assume? that this is Travis' sexual fantasy? Doubt that. Furthermore, maybe she thought she'd lose less hair in the struggle to follow (and that Travis wouldn't find a hair net sexy). Also, don't think she snapped at all, but was very methodical.

I've thought all along that her hair done up in braids was to cut down on the possibility of her leaving hair/DNA. When LE was interrogating Jodi I remember her becoming a little more animated about leaving her hair at the scene. She asked about having it tested to determine how old it was. She was pretty sure she hadn't left any at the time of the killing but she didn't want to point out the obvious difference in the hair. One being blond vs. brunette. Also she was surprised when the detective mentioned her hair in pigtails. 'Pigtails?' she questioned him. She knew darn good and well although the guy was saying pigtails her hair was done up in braids which are in a way all tied up and harder to leave strands of.

Since we are all staring at the good ole Arizona seal right now, does Travis look drugged in those pics?

I didn't get to follow the first part of the trial so I may be repeating something that's already been addressed. But, in the pics, he looks fogged to me. Could she have administered something to him and then taken the pics?

The reason I ask is that I find it hard to believe she thought she could overtake him with the knife as a first choice. (Since shot was fired later). She had a camera and a knife so don't think she could hold a gun too. He is pretty strong. Would you risk going in with a knife first? There is a chance he could overpower her....unless....she knew he had been drugged and was more sluggish.

Again, apologize if this is old ground, but it's bugging me.

Are you saying you heard enough about Mormonism already....and PLEASE don't share more?? :please:

After sitting through PPL and then this morning, I understand. I understand!

I know I'm tired of the DT trying to paint Travis as a bad person because of his sins according to the Mormon faith.

However, I find YOUR posts fascinating! Keep up the good work :)

I haven't seen it discussed but I definitely thought he looked "out of it" in the two bed photos. Also - Did he have a band around his arm in one of those shots? Has that been discussed?

It's been discussed on the forum here but there has never been anything suggested by the evidence that Travis was drugged.

To me he looks like the photo was taken post romp and he is just dozing.
