I completely disagree, Travis had writings and was in the process of writing a book, if nothing else that could have been used just to preserve his writings....that's what I would have done if he were my friend.

I think it likely any writings were otherwise preserved. His friends and family are becoming even more protective of Travis' memory. Lisa set her blog to private and his memorial site moved to closed group status.

The public scrutiny and media intrusion have become overwhelming to them I believe.

(Incidentally to have myspace, facebook, blogger, twitter accounts closed posthumously can be an extremely difficult process afaik.) That's probably the only reason those are still accessible.

It appears in 2009, Travis' friend Chris Hughes put a tribute on the main page. The rest of the content appears to be a duplicate of Travis' blog.

Sooooooo......Travis may have looked at and/or Travis and Jodi may have looked at while together. Is the jury supposed to believe that watching with Travis was severely emotionally abusive to Jodi after seeing Jodi's personal photos?

The judge needs to put a stop to this ridiculousness! Why is it necessary to show photos of some black guy's penis to the courtroom? Is the defense incapable of finding a witness who could describe what was found on Travis' computer?

Or maybe Deanna looked at . How does this have to do with his murder? It is ridiculous that this "fun and games" should even be allowed during a murder trial when it has absolutely nothing to do with anything! SO not impressed with the judge! Imagine Travis' family having to sit through this garbage. I guess it's all fun and a huge haha until it happens to you.

Watching the incident on replay - apparently there was a date/time stamp, but we don't know what it was. I think Juan's voir dire shut it down, and these pics will not be admitted as evidence.

And the reason we saw the pics is because the defense attorney "forgot" what exhibit numbers they were while she was moving for their admission, so the witness picked them up and looked on the back for the exhibit numbers.

I just glanced at the register, but it looks like the site expired Jan 4 of this year. Since then, but files could have easily been downloaded and saved. They don't have to be on a live website to be kept for posterity.

That is true, I noticed that too but let me assure you Travis probably renewed it yearly, possibly paid for four years but not until 2013.

Having had multiple domains myself, when they expire, register's will renew multiple times hoping someone will buy it

I completely forgot about that site! I used to find all my failed attempts at website design from that website. Ty!!

That's probably the main reason why his friends and family let his domain go then. Blogger is keeping his blog for free so there was no reason to keep paying for the domain if it's a carbon copy of the blog.

IMO, this totally looks like a caucasian penis to me. I believe the confusion is due to lighting. But notice the pink nailbeds, and the pink parts in the scrotum where the lights hit differently (pardon my candor, but I am in medical field, so I tend to be clinical about this.)
