I think the forensics guy stated these were recovered from October 2006? 2007? Not sure if I heard the set-up correctly regarding this 'evidence'.

That is what I thought also. I guess they'll beat up on Travis for those years? The start of his deviant behavior? and abuse of Jodi?

Jodi was his Jezebel and he was trying to break free. I look at Lisa, so young and innocent..she was that someone special. They would of made a lovely couple and wonderful parents together. It seems Travis took the concerns she had in the email and wanted to change things for her.

Well, it came to a grinding halt before any evidence from that hard drive was admitted. The judge put a stop to it as soon as the prosecutor objected ..everything that came before the pics was just laying foundation.

But you're right - it was insufficient to have any evidence admitted without these clarifications. Maybe they'll get to that on Monday.

Of course. If the pics were not allowed to be admitted she (the judge) should have made that abundantly clear to the jury before releasing them to three days of thought. She didn't handle the situation at all. Maybe the peen picks freaked her out? Just not acceptable for her to have simply closed up shop on this.

I dunno about that - I think it was mere shock value of these penis pics was meant to take away the relevance that the shock value of the CONTRASTING image JM showed Lisa Diadone that really brought the reality of what this trial is about, and what people are there for. In contrasting value, these images of the **!GIANT PENISES!** took the focus back out to shock value that is rooted in hilarity, and again irrelevant non-serious B*lls**t.
The jury is left with this impression over the long weekend.
There is no trial tomorrow, right? Someone just go ahead and tell me "no" even if there is so I can get something done

I fail to see how Defense can show self-defense by showing an erect penis on a photo? Help me here, how did this booster the defense? We don't even know if this is Travis or who?

People on here have said that the pics are not of Travis because he is not circumcised.

She made every effort to make sure that she was not identified with being at his house.

So why mail those pictures to herself unless she was hoping that it would be thought that some unknown lovers got into a fight with TA?

Remember, there was no Ninja story or self defense story at the time.

The only story concocted was that in no way was she there.

BTW, I do not believe that the pics of her in the camera were done by her. She was not supposed to be at his house, so to take pics of herself would serve no purpose. The camera was new, so no way would he have pics of her from a previous time months ago. She could not claim that.

3)is fighting for what is right and just for Travis, his friends, his family, and all who knew and loved him.

I cannot believe the judge didn't say a thing about this today!

But it's not the judge's responsibility or place to interject if the prosecutor does not make objections. I think Juan objected at the earliest opportunity and successfully -- the pics were not admitted and so far neither has anything else been admitted from the second mystery hard drive.

Right. We don't know whose computer this came from? Where the hard-drive came from? Or when exactly the pictures are from. And the judge allowed it all to transpire as if they had been discussing scheduling. ???

I think the defense was manipulating the jury by the mere NAMES of the Youtube videos, thinking that to the jury: "Daft Bodies - Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger" would sound like , followed by the !giant penis! pictures. Shock! Horror!

I'm watching this morning's testimony. The brother is testifying and I think Nurmi is really banking on there being a few Mormons on the jury who are so offended by Travis' breach of his religious vows as an elder, that they determine he asked for what he got.

I'm so confused as to how the fact that he did not adhere to his religious principles has a damn thing to do with whether jodi killed him in self-defense.

What is your opinion on why the computer expert had these photos in his access? Was he going to eventually talk about them or was that a mistake on the defense side?

Geez. They could have picked up anyone's hard drive and had the "expert" extract whatever was on it and she allowed to go that far? Really? I can't believe it! She should have been more clear and strong about what had transpired before dismissing the jury.
