WHY is Mason allowed to treat people this way? I've never seen such an abusive, disordered bully who is supposed to be a professional. This behavior is DISGRACEFUL and he should be disbarred.

Yes my thoughts when watching this was how UNPROFESSIONAL this man acts.. I wouldn't buy a car from him let alone let him defend me in a court of law if i needed it..

Ok - I dont know where else to put this because I dont see a general discussion thread about todays hearing, the one from this morning is locked and the MOD thread scares me, I think it is a 'facts only' thread for mods to post but I dont know...heck, anyway, I wasnt about to start a new thread and fuel this attention seeker any more than already has been but I saw mention of Joy W in the room today; saw her first by CA and then later on the other side...I've been out of the loop for a couple of months and can't quite remember all the details. Can someone point me in the direction of the details on this chewy, nutty goodness so I can refresh my memory? Please? Thank you!! I only vaguely remember some bizarro stories from that direction and if this is going to be a fixture, oh I pray attached to Cindy's hip, I dont want to just know some of it, I want to know ALLLLLLL of it.

Did anyone catch Mr Mason's next comment? He said something that sounded like telling Kathi B that she had to learn to read and then the word challenged but I couldn't hear it all. Did anyone else have better sound?

Kathi Belich is the most amazing reporter ever! I wouldn't be surprised if national media was bombarding WFTV with phone calls to ask when her contract expires because they want her!
She will most certainly go down in history as one of the most tenacious, ballsy reporters EVER!

They just renewed her contract for a long time a couple of weeks ago. I'm soooo happy they did because we wouldn't want to do without her around here.

I agree and do not think your preceptions are wrong. He reminds me of a washed up used car salesman in a cheap suit. He definetly does not seem to like the fact that women have evolved to the same playing field as he is on and at times (most of the time) can outwit him.

Funny thing is I would bet very large sums of money that LDB could mop the floor with this "unusual" fellow.

CM and JB are the most cowardly men I've ever seen. Man up and answer the widdle lady's questions. There is no need to shove a tent sized 'Tommy Bahama' umbrella in her face. He could have easily hit her with that dagger sized point on that ridiculous umbrella.
