The only thing that would have made it better is if the wind had caught the umbrella and taken it away only to show his 'little boy" face and intimidation of a News Reporter. Now that would have been fun!!!

What I find fascinating is the difference between the raw footage, which I just watched the the news clip I saw at 5 pm on the news. Quite a nice job of editing, shall we say? On the news item you can hear CM loud and clear when he makes his comment, but on the raw footage, I had to put my headphones on in order to hear him. I am not defending him, he was way out of line and all he did was make himself look like the 'stupidest lawyer on this earth'. I just found the editing of this clip quite interesting.

I love KB! She's a classic example of what a good investigative reporter should be like. There's aren't too many investigative reporters around anymore, and of the ones that are out there, KB stands out as one who really goes after a story.

Of course the defense team is upset with KB's questions. She asks pointed questions they don't want to answer, and they haven't got the common sense to say "no comment." The defense has made a serious blunder in making KB into their enemy.

I think when this trial is over, KB is going to be getting offers from all the top networks.

Walking with an umbrella up (and in a vertical position) when your in a covered area with no rain -- so, that is "not stupid?"

I hope I'm wrong. And I hope that CM proves me wrong but he comes across as a man who believes that women should be seen and not heard. I think what ticks him off the most is that Kathi is an outspoken WOMAN. I hope I'm wrong. But I just don't know why CM has such unbridled dislike for Kathi when she's really no different than any other reporter. In fact their dislike for her went so far as to make some feeble attempt at keeping her out of the courtroom by putting her on the witness list!

KB really had CM shook up. I love it that he suddenly turned around as if looking for another way to exit.

In my most humble and honest opinion, I believe that CM is so angry at KB because she thwarted his and JB's attempt at pointing the finger at GA. They think they are so slick trying to slip in little things to muddy the pool, and here comes KB and blows them out of the water. Now they have to think of something else and they are running out of ideas and time. They can't get anything past KB because she, just like all of us, is determined to see justice for Caylee Marie. She is a thorn in their side and I love her for that! Keep it up, KB!!! I, for one, feel a whole lot better knowing that you are down there watching them every step of the way!!
