I've missed two days of reading, so I'm pretty lost but IMO after watching the video once, and not knowing too much about the new developments, I would say that it's the same guy.

Looking at the GMA video: the family decorated the house for Halloween?! While their baby is still missing?!

I am a little behind, you know that thing called sleep, but that is NOT their house that is decorated! That is the neighbors house.

Apparently, and I hesitate to say this since I don't have a link, but LE stated that they knew who the guy is....we just don't know who he is because it hasn't been released.

IMO, the male in the store and the male walking out of the house with the green hoodie, wearing sunglasses and hand in his pocket is one and the same.

But do we know for sure that she didn't tell LE about her grocery trip? No one has said why they asked to view the video, have they? Not LE or anyone else.

I don't feel we have enough evidence to say she lied about the shopping trip, or omitted the shopping trip in her timeline, or anything else.

I WOULD love to know why LE wanted to see it though!

On one update they said that an employee of the market called LE, which may be as simple as the person saying "hey she was in here with a 20ish yr old" thinking maybe it was the backpack bike handyman. They may have known she went to the store, but looked at the video to make sure of who the man was. Sounds like they are not concerned about it, but the media is sensationalizing it to get people tuned in. I think alot of what people are feeling about these parents is being caused by the media.

I'm gonna go get housework done, the more I see and read the higher my blood pressure gets. What happened to just REPORTING the news?

I found the article where LE identified the man.

Capt. Young said they have identified the man seen with Deborah in the grocery store, but that he is not key to their investigation and they are done pursuing that lead.

Why would several LE officers be entering a neighbor's home? And you can see DB walking from the home and opening the door of a vehicle in the driveway. Also, the reporter clearly says, "LE returned to the Irwin home..." and shows detectives entering this particular home.

Could be bad reporting, I guess. But it sure leaves the viewer with the conclusion that this is the Irwin home.:waitasec:

BBM enough said... they are wrong again!!! This is the neighbors house where they were at while their house was being processed. If you look at her leaving the house it is clearly not theirs. Their house has a picture window to the left of the front door. Their house has whiteish brick on the lower half, this house does not....I could go on but you get my drift.

Exactly, because their house does not have a dark storm door and the entrance is entirely different. In earlier videos, from days ago, you could see that the neighbors had already decorated.

The MEDIA keeps interspersing clips and the voice overs don't match and they never seem to put dates of the original clips and the updated story. If you don't see the original videos you would never know that this is what the media does. Infuriating, really.

Ok....to solve the mystery here....pause that video at 2:14 where you can clearly see that the house is NOT their home. The area below the window level has SIDING not white brick plus the proximity of the driveway to the front door does not match up. Also, the larger "picture" window is to the right of the front door, not the left as it is in the Irwin home.

I said this in another thread, but I think it's the green hoodie guy who was hiding his face from the camera in the truck video scene.

While he might be hiding his face, DB was seen entering the drivers side rear of the truck and he is standing there talking to her. This truck is the one in the neighborhood the officers that were doing the door-to-door knock-and-talk were driving when we talked to them (for those who were going to question who's truck it was). This was right before they were escorted down to the command center (don't remember exactly which day, though).
