Great job on pausing the video. I agree it doesn't necessarily look to be the same person, even if they are similar in appearance and both have sun glasses. The haircuts don't look the same.

I personally don't see any baby food or wipes being bought on video. Only a box of wine. I don't know how the store figured out about baby food or wipes. First they said paper plates and napkins, that changed to baby food and wipes, but I don't see any from that video.

Agreed. Plus the guy in the grocery video has a distinctive area of his hairline. The right side has a little divot out of it (totally the wrong word, but you get my drift).

The biggest thing that bothers me about the surveillance video is that she didn't mention it to LE. IIRC, it was the store who contacted LE (is that right?). I feel confident that LE asked her repeatedly to recount that day for them. Go through it again. Ok, now go through it again. Just in case a little something is mentioned that might have been forgotten the first (second or third) time. This, however, is not something little! I have a hard time believing she forgot she went to the store that day. But, why on earth would she not tell them this info? It looks pretty innocuous to me. I just don't get it.

Where does everybody get this?? I think LE requested the video to help verify her alibi.

She didn't say provide. She said "help verify" her daily movements/timing, etc.

What I recall being reported is that LE found the receipt, and then went to the store and asked for the surveillance video. That indicates to me that Mom hadn't told them about the trip to the store. And that bothers me. Although it does explain why there were "gaps" and "mistakes" in her story to LE, and why (according to her) they were suspicious of her from day one, even before she failed the poly two days later.

Nailing down a timeline is time consuming, but not difficult, if you are both open and honest.

Well I am sure if I told LE about a trip to the store while I was being questioned at their station for hours they would probably "find" my receipt at my house or in my vehicle. The gaps in the timeline could be she simply could not recall what time she went to the store and the receipt and video simply confirmed what time she went and how long she was there. Simple.

Maybe she did and it took that long for the media to get ahold of it. I'm sure that everything she told the police has not come to light through media.

Other than the sideburns....it looks to be nearly the exact same haircut, color, and length....and the quality and angle of a store video distorts the lines somewhat as has been discussed in extensive length here on many other cases. OOOOOKkkkkk, then, I may have just proved myself wrong! The video of the NO sideburns would have been been taken on Sunday, and the other one at least Tuesday morning or later.....is that enough time to have the sideburns grow to be visible???
