In the 1980's women fans would sleep overnight at the ticket box in the casino I worked in to get really good seats to see TJ. His wife (may she rest in piece) must not have had a jealous bone in her body!

I once went to see him perform live. It was after his initial fame had crested and he was on the down side of things at the time. He was still very talented, of course. But he had his hair dyed in a bad shade.
