The weekend BEFORE Haleigh went missing-revisited

If that van had human blood in it, and LE released it.............that is a HUGE screw up. I just can't believe they would have done that. Had it been human blood, dna tests could have been done. You talk about a cover up........there would have to be one if that were the case.

What if the blood came from the owner of the vehicle? Could they release it then? I just don't know how that works.

Absolutely..I think the van holds a key. Who had access to the van? Timmy and Jo. Where do you think they went in the van? Hank's or Ron's house? The van was damaged and blood ended up on the inside of the van.
2:13a police call to Tyler St.

You know what? I was just thinking about the road rage incident with Ron and Misty. What if there was a car chase with Ron's vehicle and the blue van? it's not like Ron wouldn't do such a thing....He's already showed us that he would.

I've heard it stated she picked up Haleigh and went in the opposite direction of the MH.. I also read Ron C showed up at the bus stop, realized she had picked up Haleigh and took off after her..

The incident could have taken place on the road somewhere or even at her brother Timmy's house if that is where she was headed...LE should have roped off both brother's homes and gone over them with a fine tooth comb in my opinion...JMO

.............Misty has already been in two roadrage incidents. .....

Didn't LE search along the highway/road(?) that led to Crescent City?

JMO but I honestly don't think there was any call to Tyler that night. One of these threads really got to analyzing that 911 call and figuring out who all the responding officers were. The lady officer 1256 had already been to 202 Green and then went to to Tyler St. after she'd been at MH. I think they sent her there to double check that HC hadn't wandered down to Tommy's. We weren't privy to the conversation at the MH ater the arrival of all the officers.

I don't have any idea what the 2:16 am thing was about. Possibly the officer in that interview had mixed the time up with another case. The 911 tape clearly states the call as being received at 3:27 at the end of the tape. This is the same officer who said Grandma Neves was there at 7:00 instead of Grandma Sykes. So who knows.

On that radio transmission, when officer 1256 responds to dispatch he says that he is currently at 116 Tyler. The dispatcher asks him if he wants her to call it in. The dispatcher also asks him what's going on over on Tyler. I think we didn't hear all of the conversation. The officer then says he is on his way back to Green Ln and that Haleigh was last seen about 1-1 1/2 hours ago in her residence. That would put someone from over on Tyler at the mh 1-1/2 hours prior to Misty's 911 call, which would have been about 2-2:30a. Same time as the 2:13a call. Same time a woman is heard screaming in the area of the mh.

IMO, the 2:13a call didn't come from the Tyler St. address. I think the call was from someone over on Green Ln complaining of noise (disturbance/fight) and that call led the police to Tyler St. I say this because the officer says he's on his way back to Green Ln. I was thinking maybe the officer had previously been over there investigating the disturbance not Haleigh's disappearance.

Lt. Greenwood was the one who stated the first call came in about 2:13a. There was also a witness to a woman screaming in the area about the same time. So I am wondering if the person who heard the screams was the one who called the police?

For what, Haleigh? I believe Haleigh was placed in/under that dumpster for a period of time until someone could move her to another place...Tommy's residence is located right next to that fence where the dumspter is/was located..JMO

I believe Haleigh is up under something too but I know I read somewhere that LE searched along side a highway that led to Crescent City. I will have to try and find it.

Are you asking about what she says right before she hiccuped and said "I've got the hiccups"?

She said that her mom went to the house (Tyler St. house?) to pick up her dad because he got brought in to their house in an ambulance from Shands (hospital in Gainesville he was at after the car accident he was injured in) because he couldn't get in their vehicle.

It doesn't make any sense what Misty is saying-if an ambulance had to transport Hank because he couldn't fit in their vehicle (because he had knee surgery and couldn't bend it?) but yet she states her mom was going to go pick him up. Why would she do that if he couldn't get in it?

It is hard to make sense out of her ramblings-I don't know where "down there is". She said Joe didn't want to go "down there" to even get his stuff and she was told by the cops she wasn't supposed to go "down there" so she waited at a gas station for her mom to go get Hank. Then she says the cops told her that whoever gave her that information about not being allowed to go "down there" was lying to her.

I can't decipher Misty's musings-anybody else want to give it a shot?
Sorry, I probably wasn't much help. This is as confusing the "I had to wash the blanket from the window because my blanket was in the van that they took" interview. :banghead:

Thank you twall:

FWIW, according to Chelsea, Lisa spent the night with her husband in the hospital Monday and she drove back and got her on Tuesday. I assume Hank Sr was discharged on Tuesday because Misty said it was the day Jo fled and that I believe that he left the same day Misty had her initial interview with LE and that would have been Tuesday. Can anyone confirm this please? If what Chelsea said is true, Lisa was with Hank when he was discharged from hospital Tuesday, so I assume if Chelsea did go for Lisa, it was because Lisa was forbidden from riding in the ambulance and she was responsible for providing her own transportation.

Are family members not allowed to accompany a loved one who is being transported by an ambulance? Does anyone know the ambulance’s policy on this matter?

I recall seeing Hank Sr sitting in a wheelchair when Misty returned home from an interview with LE and I believe his leg was extended in a cast and couldn’t bend. I believe for this reason that Hank Sr was transported by an ambulance upon his release from hospital, and Hank Sr, like you said, should have been confined to the home the ambulance dropped him at because the only vehicle he could travel in would be a van which was “wheelchair accessible”, and I doubt any of the Croslin’s vehicles had these provisions, (ie. a ramp and buckles to secure his wheelchair to). Lisa should not have been able to drive her husband anywhere under these conditions.

One of the members of the Croslin family, (I believe it was Chelsea), said Joe snuck back into their home to gather his belongings and left without saying goodbye. It is alleged Joe drove to and left Satsuma with a woman with the first name of either “ginny” or “jenny” who drove a blue Cadillac. According to Cobra, ginny’s vehicle was apprehended for testing by LE.

Hey Blue- My father has been in the hospital for the last 2 months due to the swine flu. My mother was not allowed in the ambulance when they transported him from one hospital to another hospital in critical condition. But she was allowed in the ambulance when they transported him from the ICU to the rehab center. So maybe it depends on the severity of the situation. On that first ride, my father coded twice. I would imagine for a broken leg, it would not be a problem for her to ride in the ambulance with him but I may be wrong.

Does anyone remember when Hank Sr was in this accident? What do we know about that accident?

We all know Misty lies but if we take time out to really listen to what she's saying there may be some small truth hidden..
Going by Misty's own words, this is what I see

(Keywords).......SHOT.......BLOOD +

(Connection)........GUN.......HALEIGH'S MISSING =

FIGHT

This is just my opinion but I think Misty had some truth in there. We already know about the infamous gun. We know that Haleigh's missing. We heard about a fight. We know the blue van was damaged. We know LE took the van in to be processed. We know Misty admitted to it being blood in the van. So........

I have this nagging, disconcerning thought here. Because the 911 was a missing child report, I would just about bet you that none of the players in this case were tested for gun shot residue. We know that Ron's hands and the door were checked for dna (Ron explained the injury to his hands as due to punching the back door) reportedly, there was a mark on the door from the punching.

Just jumping off your post Emeralgem, what IF what you heard is true, maybe HaLeigh wasn't strapped in with a seatbelt and Misty may have stopped hard. HaLeigh falls and hits her head in the van, pretty hard. (close head injury, not noticed till later)

And at this time, Misty had been in an allegiance to her old enemy, Amber, whose AH interview we've never heard. Seeing how their friendship had disintegrated after Misty "stole" Amber's man, and then to hook up again for 3 days, only to see Misty be taken back by Ron....just sayin, there coulda been something like this.......

I hope we someday know.

Someone also could have attempted to pull her out of a moving van and she fell under the van.. JMO

ITA- Anything is possible at this point, with as little info that we have.
I hope we know someday too. The games are getting really old.

Never thought of that Emeralgem.

You know, what if someone was pulling her out and the van door closed on her b/c the vehicle started moving. If the van door shut on her stomach area, maybe wouldn't show signs right away, but maybe later? IDK anymore.

Does anyone know under what conditions tree branches would get caught in the headlights of a vehicle? I don’t believe branches could get stuck in the headlights, I believe branches from a tree would bend and deflect from the vehicle.
