i am sure the poi was wearing gloves as careful as he was . Not only he wore gloves but also a head cover , maybe also a wig under the hat so no hair will be found. . he could have put the uniform over his regular clothes sono fabric will be found from his clothes, no sweat , no dna ,no fingerprint.
I think he stayed in the car 32 secondes to scan the area,making sure no one is in the parking lot.He wouldn't leave the car if people were standing there or if cars were coming in and out. He wanted to be sure no one would see him and look at his face.

Women can be jealous and some psychotic but Jennifer never dated a man who has a girlfriend , she never dated married men. She turned down the guy from work who was obsessed with her.

The poi was very careful. I think one of the reasons he didn't park Jennifer's car in the mall, which really made more sense because the mall of Milenia is much closer to the mosaic where Jennifer lived, is because he knew there are cameras in the mall parkings . He parked the car a little further because he didn't think cameras would be in HOG as it's not not an upscale apt complex ,more like a poor place. bad area .
As we know there were cameras there and he got extremly lucky it didn't caught his face. I just can't believe his good luck.

He may have been wearing one of those semi permeable suits to keep from leaving clues in the car and slipped out of it during the 32 seconds that he sat in the car...

He may have parked at the HOTG because I have read that there is a bus stop very close by....

So , we are thinking two were involved in this abduction....what if the two of them came to Jennifers apartment in one vehicle that night, one of them drove Jennifer's car while the other one drove the other vehicle when they abduct her...they take Jennifer wherever and do whatever, the coworker drives back to Jennifers apartment in his car and planned to stage it just like he had seen it many times when he was in that apartment. He was in it or just leaving after staging, cleaning it up,showering etc the plan was to bring Jennifer's car back to the Mosaic and the two of them leave the Mosaic as they came in one car, they think that they have plenty of time before the family gets on this....on his way out of the complex he see's Logan arrive(if this was the coworker, perhaps he had met Logan as he was visiting Jennifer at work or saw a picture of Logan on Jennifer's desk at work perhaps, he calls the poi that we see parking the car and tells him not to come all the way over to Jennifer's as planned because the family was already assembling at Jennifer's apartment and tells him to leave it at the HOTG and he would meet him there in a few minutes....

I really think that these two planned on having much more time before the Kesse's arrived or at least the coworker did...

Why drive Jennifers car so close to the Mosaic and take a chance on being seen in Jennifer's car unless they thought they had plenty of time before people started looking for her ...why not leave it anywhere else but near the Mosaic....they almost surely had another vehicle at the Mosaic or at the HOTG, how else would they have arrived at Jennifers, unless they already lived or worked at the Mosaic.

Could the coworker have hired one of the illegal immigrants to drive Jennifers car who was working at the Mosaic that he met when he was going in and out of Jennifers apartment while she was at work(my belief, not necessarily yours) ?

If we believe that Jennifer was abducted the night before, two cars would have provided better light in the dark wherever they took her.

It could be the poi chose HOG because there is a bus stop near by,also it is near a big intersection . HOG is a big complex there are many people coming and going so no one would pay attention to him parking the car there. He was one of many visitors parking in a visitor space.Maybe he rode a bicycle which he had locked up ahead of a time there or in the mosaic. I think he returned the car at noon because he had to make sure he cleaned the car before he returned the car. He had all night and early morning time to wipe off all evidence . He was not worried driving Jennifer's car in broad daylight, Jennifer wasn't reported missing yet . No one knew at that time he is driving a missing woman's car.
He didn't expect Jennifer's family coming so soon that day to the mosaic. There is a good possibility he saw them and knew he need to act quickly ,and he needed to go back to wherever he parked the car over night and returned it . If he had an accomplish he called them to let them know they need to get rid of the car as soon as possible.

I read somewhere Mrs Kesse asked people who lived at HOG and were children at the time, if they can recall something. Unfortunately I don't think someone will come forward because of the simple fact that there was nothing unusual the poi did at HOG. He only parked a car. He was smart enough not to attract attention to himself.He waited 32 secondes to scan the area making sure no one is coming too close,no car is driving by too close to see his face. He walked away like a regular person who goes about his business . I think this person is a very calculated killer who planned it to the last detail. This lead me to believe it was not a crime of passion.If it was a sex crime and Jennifer was raped and killed ,most likely, there would be some clues left behind .He would made a mistake. There would be something. I don't believe an illegal worker would have thought ahead of a time about all different ways not to be caught and about all the details to get rid of evidence . This kind of crime require lot of research and planning .
An illegal immigrant will not have the time and set of mind to plan the perfct crime.

I agree with you Shelly, I believe too much planning went into this abduction....not a spur of the moment, crime of passion type of event with little planning, unless, this person has done this sort of thing enough to get rather good at it....

Wasn't the video released a year or more after Jennifer disappeared? There might have been a chance that someone saw the man on the video with his distinctive haircut, cap etc and his unusually large feet....I think that I would have noticed him...

Have you ever wondered, why abduct Jennifer? She lived alone, the person could have done whatever then left her in her condo.....Was Jennifer kept in a house for weeks, months, years? Is Jennifer still alive? Does this abductor get some sort of sick satisfaction in watching the Kesse's beg for their daughter, or watch law enforcement search here and there laughing about how far off the mark that they are?...Does he feel power knowing that he has control of a stunningly beautiful, successful woman that would have never given him a second glance? He wakes up everyday with the knowledge that Jennifers abduction will never be solved unless he decides that it will be solved?...perhaps he is a weak dependent sort of person who was never in control of his life before and for the first time he is in complete control, powerful.....Does he go from one victim to the next to satisfy his need for control and power?

I like to observe people at malls, doctors offices, from my porch(weird, but I am old), I really think that I would have paid attention to this one....his head, cap
whatever causes the unusual shape of his head and for sure his big feet for someone this size just draws your attention to them...

His right hand seems to be holding keys like you would hold them just before you unlock a car door or home door....I had been thinking along the lines that he was actually carrying Jennifer's keys in his right hand but why would he hold onto them? Even if he were going to go back to her apartment, why carry them in his hand for a 1.2 miles, it just makes more sense to put them in his pocket until he gets to her apartment door and then get them out.....

If he is carrying keys in his right hand, I think that it implies that he is either going to his apartment or to his car....did he live at the HOTG? Did he just park his car there? Did he live at the HOTG and work at the Mosaic where he had the opportunity to observe Jennifer?

I still believe that whoever abducted Jennifer knew her...She only lived at the Mosaic two months before she was abducted, is two months enough time for a worker to become so obsessed with her that he would abduct her and do away with her, it happens I know, but is it likely?

Most crimes against women are committed by someone known to them....

I believe it was two workers at mosaic pushed her into another vehicle as she was going to her car in the morning. Sadly all of our guesses don't help find her. Prayers to Jennifer and her family.

What I meant to say is even if someone remember the poi unique appearance the hat,uniform...I don't believe they would pay attention to his face probelly they assumed it is a work attire and this is a person walking to work.
I believe before D-day he was watching Jennifer for a while ,like few weeks , enough to know the times she is in and out of her apt. He was very careful not to be noitced. This is why no one at the mosaic and not at HOG remembers him. In the many times he came to Jennifer's apt while she was at work he knew her habits ,where she put her clothes for work and other things he observered . He knew she didn't use the alarm on a daily basis. We know this because when Jennifer's parents were on their way they called the people in the mosaic to go check on jennifer.Two people from the office went inside and said the door was locked and te alarm was not on . I am sure he parked his car at the other side of the complex and walked to jennifer's apt so no one will see his car , if he worked at the mosaic people would remember his truck parking near Jennifer's apt. My point is he took a lot of precautions.This is not a spontaneous act. It was planned very carefully.

Shelly, I believe as you do....It is a shame that our speculating doesn't do anything for Jennifer except for keeping this site going....

Wouldn't you love to be placed in a room with all of the information that law enforcement has collected????

I think LE needs to try a different approach with these missing person cases, especially the ones over 10 years old....Unless someone confesses, they will never get a conviction otherwise, I don't think. So, reveal what they have to the public and let the public have at it...who knows.....

When he got out of the car he took off the gloves put them in his pocket but he hold the keys in his hand.He hold them tight not to lose them, his fingerprint all over them. As i said before even if someone saw him they wouldn't see his face clearly, he wore a hat and Iam sure he didn't make eye contact. Maybe if he pass by someone he looked down or to the side. It seems like he taught about different possibilities and scenarios and how to avoid them.
For exp, He was very calm driving Jennifer's car in the morning ,as long as he drives it safe in the speed limit ,no reason for the police to stop him. What amazes me to top all this ,he had so much luck on his side.
In the video,the way he walks like usual. so creepy.

He could have been wearing eyewear with an elastic strap around his head like goggles ...that would have served as a disguise and would have made someone believe that he was going for a bike ride perhaps....

I to think that he was calm about the whole thing.....he was taking a risk driving Jennifer's car...law enforcement can use any excuse to stop you, it does not have to be for speeding or driving wreckless...there could have already been an APB out on Jennifer's car, they could have stopped him and told him that his brake lights were out...any number of things...here in GA the police are constantly having a roadblock to check drivers licenses, a drug sniffing dog to sniff your vehicle for drugs, you name it and they are checking for things....think also of this, if the HOTG was as crime ridden as I have read, the police if they have not given up on it already would be patroling there all of the time....perhaps he wanted her car found to add a little excitement but not so much so that he would return it to the Mosaic

I think the poi haircut is very unique and for this reason I think it's a disguise.
Not only he has a hat or hemlet under it he could have worn a bandana a head handekerchief or similar fabric.I have seen people ,mostly black people, wears fabric over their head.Maybe he attached a piece of hair extension or he wore a net over his hair, like restaurants kitchen workers,He could have put his hair up ,put his hair in a bun but this is not the way his hair looks in his daily life. This is why even his hair unique nobody remembers someone with such a hair style .
This is why he was not afraid to drive jennifer's car during daytime and parked it in a public place.
The police has nothing. He taught about everything up to the smallest detail how to avoid being captured .

I saw a cook in a Japanese restaurant that had a black band tied around his head, I immediately thought of the poi in the video....it could be a woman disguised as a man, the feet are too big for his body and too big for the feet....She could have driven Jennifer's car to the HOTG as the other person(s) involved drove their vehicle back to the Mosaic to stage her apartment and check for anything left out of place....that would definitely make sense as they surely would not want to drive all of the vehicles that they had to the same area....they may have notified the poi in the video while he was sitting in Jennifer's vehicle for 32 sec telling him that they were headed that way and would pick him/her up in a few.....if the poi is a woman, no wonder no one came forward if law enforcement thought the poi was a man....they would have dismissed any clues pertaining to a woman???this makes the most sense as to why Jennifer's car was parked at the HOTG...I to believe that the person who drove Jennifers car is a perfectionist, ocd, had this planned down to the finest detail....

There's a thought. What if the driver was wearing a hairnet or something similar in order to avoid leaving hair in the car? Shoe coverings to avoid leaving any evidence from shoes? Maybe the trousers are tied at the hem or have an elastic hem to avoid leaving evidence? They likely wore gloves. But one thing wrong with the theory is they are wearing short sleeves - they would wear a long sleeve shirt to avoid leaving evidence. Unless they rolled up the sleeves.
