Theories and clues: Specific to when Haleigh went missing (thread 3/24 to 3/26/2010)

There was some discussion in the beginning how there was deer blood in Tommy's vehicle which I believe was in reference to the red truck that was sold.

A red truck driven by tommy (misty said was her father's). Now why would Hank have to driving Chelsea and tommy's new vehicle on feb 8, 2009 if he had a red truck that weekend? He was staying at Tommy's....if the red truck was running and available, why not drive it?

In the beginning it was said that LE brought in 2 vehicles...the blue van and a Tracker or something like that. I have no idea where that vehicle came into the picture but I do know there were 2 vehicles. The blue van was Lindsey's which had a big scatch down the side of it.

I'm a firm believer that Misty is covering for Ron because there is no way that Ron's family would cover for her in a second if they thought she did something to Haleigh or even knew what happened to Haleigh. To me Misty is the Cummings' fall guy in this case and she is too blinded to figure it out. They are setting this girl up in my opinion to take the blame.

Welcome Snowbunny! I feel the exact same way and have since the beginning. Misty was put into place for a reason. They needed Misty to handle all the details while Ron stuck with his "I wuz at werk". Misty is covering for Ron IMO.

......If it were the truck that would make sense, however; I think she said mini-van. I hope I am not recalling accurately because that makes no sense at all. Putting a bleeding deer in the family mini-van is just "WAY OUT THERE".

In my opinion none of the Cummings' have behaved like most families with a missing child would behave. It put my hinkey meter on high alert from the very beginning. I remember watching the new video where Ron fell to the ground with his cell phone in his hand and his hands were all beat to heck and the media zoomed in on his hands when his cell phone started ringing. Always wondered who was calling him but he never answered the phone. Still wonder how he got all those cuts on his hands. LLM Papa had some great pix of that too. He even had a pix of a cut on Ron's forehead.

You might be right on that one, but I thought it was the truck because there was a discussion as to why LE hadn't brought that truck it to check it out before it was sold. Someone did mention that LE brought it in but that has never been confirmed.

Good thought Doobiedoo52, but most van's have carpet in them and blood would be hard to clean out of carpet and the smell would be foul after a period of time.

I really thought Misty said the deer was in the van, also. Men hunting out of season go prepared lol. Tarp in the back but maybe a little leakage got some blood on the door or side upholstery. JMO but I think this family has been hard up for quite awhile and if you want to eat...........well, you get the drift.

I had thought it might have been a deer hit by the van. [We all know how stupid those of a certain gender can be with these brilliant ideas ~ hey, cool! free deer meat ~ that end up as one huge mess. Well, at least in my house, lol.]

Heaven only knows when it comes to something uttered by Misty.

Well, I'm going to get off for now and head over to my mom's house to watch NG with her. Still think this is the same letter that Misty was elluding to her bother Tommy and Joe being involved with Haleigh. Art Harris was going to report on that letter several times since 3/18/10 but has been bumped because of Tot Mom or something elese that came along. I doubt very seriously that it's anything new that we haven't already heard about. I'm off Friday so I might start digging things up that were discussed at Art Harris' forum in the very beginning and then maybe we can all start to piece it together.

We have a problem with the addys of the players and their vehicles. I have never found any evidence of timmy and chelsea living in Crescent City...doesn't mean they didn't, but research says Daytona, Bunnel, and Flagler Beach. TN, there is no evidence of her residing in PP at the time either. She is listed in Fruitland Park/Lady Lake with her friend JH. Also, I was not aware till the last few months that Lisa and Hank were living at tommy's. It has also been rumored that Timmy was staying there that weekend. Any truth to that?

It would be good to know where everyone actually lived and what they drove on 2/9/09.

Cars were traded and/or disposed of in Feb 09.

1. Chelsea bought a new car which Hank drove and wrecked
2. GMA traded in a vehicle and bought a new car. What kind was traded?
3. Nay had her Lincoln taken to the junk yard.
4. rc bought a new white truck
5. tommy's mini van took some damage and nobody knows who damaged it.

That's why I think that there was an altercation with Ron involved that night Haleigh went missing, Neighbors reported screams that night too. We have several damaged vehicles. Sounds like an altercation to me.

To be able to place where all these players actually lived and where they were that night is an impossible task.

Finding their cars is just as difficult also. I think some there may be reason for a different car for rc (besides he got a lot of money and likes trucks) is he was worried the Altima was bugged.

Apparently tommy does not share his paranoia because he and Lindsey hopped right in and drove theirs upon its return from FDLE.
