Theories discussion: What could have happened to Haleigh? #3

If crime happened inside residence and no evidence of a crime is found, than one of two things happened

1. She was harmed in a way that did not produce evidence
2. She had an illness.

If crime occurred outside of residence, there are too many players and too many places and too many ways to cover.

Since LE does not have evidence inside from Haleigh or an intruder, there is a possibility that the crime will not be solved.

AND RC and M will remain suspicious forever....even if they were not involved.

LE doesn't even know what they have as far as the evidence goes yet. They forgot to test it! :bang:

  • #244
@#$@@?!...they didn't test it?

No, they didn't test it.

The first roundtable meeting nearly a month ago produced the surprising information that several pieces of evidence previously gathered by techs had not yet been analyzed.

My bold.......they may have been surprised but I wasn't. This tidbit reported by the press just confirmed my suspicions that any hope of Haleigh being found hinged on the first 24-48 hours following her disappearance and any evidence gathered in that time. 3 months later at a roundtable discussion we hear certain evidence wasn't analyzed......I want to know what exactly they were analyzing instead? Perhaps all the back and forth statements and accusations? That statement was proof to me that this investigation veered off course in the beginning and now....it's too late.

Re what I bolded. I agree elle, I could sense Mark Klass's frustration with the diversions in this case as well. About 7:57

YouTube - Nancy 3/18/09 Part 4 (HC)

There certainly have been more than the normal "red herrings" in the case that caused LE resources to be spread thin sadly.

Just got finished watching the interview you posted. Sure did bring all the frustrations back full force. "a complete distraction" in MK 's words. A series of distractions....and Mark Klaas himself says he is not going to go there in talking about these accusations of abuse.

So sad.

Has the new lead investigator made any statements yet on this case?

I believe we would have seen them all over the media if she made any comments about the case.

Thanks Yosande...you are right on.

Did they really give the timeline of 7:00 to 3:00? IF so, then M is not at all believed.Did RC go to work at 7:00 that night?
There is no one to verify M's stay at the MH.
...so did she leave with Haleigh
...so did RC leave with Haliegh
...so did Tn, GGMA leave with Haleigh after her visit?

If the crime did not occur in the MH, then the list widens. What kind of crime would have had to happen for any of these 4 people to be involved?

Whisperer, if the timeline is 7:00pm to 3:00am then I am going with LE doesn't believe GGMS either. She claims she was there sometime after 7:00pm. TN states she sent family over there between 7:00pm and 8:00pm.

Also... I highly suspect GGMS and TN were not present when whatever it was happened to Haleigh but Ron C notified his mother immediately..She then notified her mother and perhaps even her daughter and her sister since GGMS stated "WE" went by there. To me it is apparent he couldn't handle the crisis and he needed HELP from the women in his life to rescue and cover his rear. Whatever it was, they knew it was bad and knew it was too late to save Haleigh so they decided to rally around and cover to protect him...JMHO

I think your theory makes a lot of sense, Emeralgem. The last time LE discussed a timeline was in mid-March, so I would guess that timeline has shifted since then. It is interesting to note tho, that in the early days of the investigation when they were discussing a timeline of 7:00 pm to 3:00 am, information provided by Misty and by Ron's grandmother apparently was not used to narrow that timeline. Smart of you and Whisperer to catch that !

Well in this press release dated April 28 from Rons lawyers they do state he was at the convience store:

Press Release

April 28, 2009

PART I

RESPONSE TO ARTICLE ABOUT RONALD CUMMINGS' ALIBI

This press release is in response to the Art Harris article of April 27, 2009 found at artharris.com.

The headline of the article "Exclusive: Haleigh Cummings-Dad's Solid Alibi?" is contradicted in the body of the article that states "So far, Cummings has a solid alibi. Not only do co-workers like Zastrow tell police they recall him on property [SIC], even taking his dinner break in the cafeteria, but the Bald Truth has learned exclusively that Cummings cell phone pings came from cell towers by the steel plant, and that on the way home, he stopped by a convenience store to buy a few things."

http://www.findhaleighnow.com/press2.htm

Was the convenience store location ever published ? What about the time he was at the convenience store ?

Evidence was most likely sent to FDLE labs in Jacksonville and they are usually months behind but it would seem this would have been a priority

It is my theory that a brazen, audacious, sociopath, pedophile took HaLeigh.

To those who say pedophiles wouldn’t turn on a light or enter a house occupied by others or premeditate I submit to you that pedophiles are as varied as snowflakes and as such unpredictable.

One only needs to read the pages of this website to see that no inhibition, fear of consequences, or compassion for victims concerns or stops pedophiles.

If you follow WS long enough you find that in many cases red herrings are pursued relentlessly and frustratingly are not even the smallest part of the story when the facts are revealed at trial.

To those so quick to accuse and judge Ron I ask you to hear me out.

In both the Lunsford and Fox cases I suspected the father. Especially in the Fox case I was sure and firm only to have time tell how wrong I was as the father was cleared by DNA. I still feel really terrible about that. Please think before you post about HaLeighs father. If you are right an arrest will come and you can comment freely.

At the end of the day we are nobodies on the Internet and posting things that will be forever in cyberspace accusing grieving family of lying and worst is appalling.

All IMO

I will try to post this in a manner to stay OT as the correct thread was closed due to bickering, "Keeping Haleigh in the Public Eye". If Haleigh was taken by a relative or a close friend, they may need to take her to a walk-in-clinic if they don't have Health Insurance, or proper paper work for her. Today I found that Walgreen's has a walk in care place in SOME of there stores. I am going to see if they will put her FDLE poster in the computer and send it to all the Walgreen's. I will let you know how that turns out, I also found that FDLE didn't send her info to my local Publix's food store (large chain) . The manager is putting up her info, so people can see her face. I just can't understand how she is not included in all the places that FLDE sends flyers too. I live in FL.....like 3 hours away.... So if she is out there, I hope others would look at places they live and put those posters and flyers up in an area near you.:blowkiss::blowkiss:

I traveled from Indiana to Florida last week. I saw Haleigh Posters at Rest Areas and Truckstops. It broke my heart to see them but I was happy to see her face out there publicly. Until her Father was arrested last night, She wasn't getting much media attention. It seems the craziness of her family is the only thing keeping her in the spotlight.

  • #259
Unfortunately, he could be the reason she is in the spotlight to start with.

  • #260
It is just about time for Haleigh to start the growth hormones series.
