Theories discussion: What could have happened to Haleigh? #3

I don't have a take on him at all. If Misty went out, someone could have known, and just took the opportunity to take Haleigh. It's just not that hard. If the person told let's say her brother or some other person they were going over to get Misty to party, it would be easy. No one home but the kids. But the door doesn't fit for me in that scenario. But maybe I don't think like an abductor.

You know what would have been more believeable to me at first was if she said that she was sleeping hard and she felt someone come in and remove Haleigh from the bed. She didn't move because every night when Ron came home he picked up the kids and put them in their own beds.

I could have believed that. But that horse is out of the barn already.

Or she could have said, Jr was in the room with her and Haleigh was in her OWN room, and she didn't hear anyone come in. But she places herself with the kids in the same bed and then changes her story. I think she was told to change her story.

RC is much too important a person to call anybody [very heavy sarcasm]. Remember when his only daughter went missing he put the babysitter on the phone to call 911. Looks to me as if he doesn't want any contact with LE. Wonder why?

The question that was posed at the begining of this thread was: What could have happened to HaLeigh? IMHO we know what happened,but, not why and by who. I suggest we ask the question of who and why. The crime in itself only suggest a few possible suspects and motives. The determining factor to the investigation is the evidence that links the suspect to the crime and motive. To have a motive to take a child from their bed in the middle of the night can only be attributed to a select few in my opinion. The fact that the person that commited this crime left some evidence to suggest peculiar actions can be of some help to us in identifing a POI. IMHO these are the No Forced Entry, The screen door propped and the kitchen light being used to commit the crime. Would HaLeigh's clothes that where suggested to of been found in the dirty clothes suggest a POI?. Motive's behind abductions are as :
An object to be abused
As a vehicle to be used
As a person to be cared for
What logical conclusion can be attained when you look at the few POIs and motives and the circumstances that night that would account for LE actions since. LE has ruled out RSO within 5 mile, the A/C man, Misty's cousin and have stated they do not consider Misty a suspect and that they are satisfied with Rons alibi who does that leave if they are of the opinion that HaLeigh is still alive and they are still looking at family?
If LE is under the impression that Haleigh is still alive and both families are claiming they do not know where she is or what has happened to her who is telling the truth? Again I have to look at who has lied in the past to clearly make a logical conclusion to who is now telling the truth and who is now telling lies.

Wonder who AS is referring to as "they" would be jumping up and down screaming? Is she saying if it was one of LE's children? Well, got a news flash for ya, Granny. MOST people wouldn't sit around waiting, they would be dragging their son or grandson and his teen bride down to the SD and making sure they answered questions, every day.... 1000 times if necessary.

I do one thing everyday to help put her face out there. Sometimes it's more, but I am not family, I can't image family not doing that much. If you have time to fight with in-laws or drive to their home and put stuff in mailboxes, you have time to hunt for your daughter or get your wife to straighten out her inconsistencies with SA and LE. :boohoo: I am so mad, she is about to turn 6, only 6 and she is still missing. I fear the worst for this child.

Unfortunately, I do too Bern. I have been reading back through the first Forensic Astrology thread for Haleigh. There is a wealth of information there. The astros on this site are unbelievable and have been very accurate for a lot of the cases on this forum.

Does anyone know if places in this direction have been searched? With the info from Bern's dreams and this info, is it possible to narrow a location of where she could be?

I have one place in mind, well maybe two. North where the RR tracks cross the river, and Lake Myra off Baker road. Still has nothing to do with a road named Tree line but dreams are dreams and we get stuff that throws us off track. If she is alive, well God only knows where she is.

I'll ask my friend to check this out, again....BAKER...the reynolds wrap...maybe a connection to rethink.

Bern was having pantry issues... I asked if the foil was significant..due to CR who absconded.....Reynolds Wrap, I keep mine in the pantry she doesn't. This brings up the thought of a "BAKER" again, which could be Baker Rd, who knows it might be time to check again.

lol....I would have to go back and look in the dreams thread to be able to fully explain the whole reynolds wrap thing. Or perhaps the dreamer could better explain!

I don't know if this has anything to do with HaLeigh but last two nights I dreamed of an accident and as a result of it things are look quite different. I will put in dream thread, but if they don't find her on this search, if no remains surface, they need to start looking for a child that has had her looks changed in some way. I said before that posters should be put out with the child not only what they look like when taken, but what they look like with different hair color or cut or shaved.

First my response to do I think Crystal planned the abduction is yes, to some degree. My theory is Crystal definatly did not like the idea of Misty in the picture. I Have assumed it was not due to Misty's age The indicating factor that has me is the actions taken and prompted by Connie Sheffield in November. (picture taken of Haleighs school injuries) I am not going to say I would even consider the conversation that took place as they where taking these pictures,but, can not help but understand the gravity of the precieved injuries and the fact that it was not addressed at the time (because I beleive they knew the where school injuries and didn't count on the Cummings taking photos also)but held on to. To me that indicates premeditation of need for the future. Crystal's first statements where Ron WAS A GOOD FATHER AND HE LOVED HIS CHILDREN. This does not add up, but, add in the fact she went on to create as many diversions with alligations she could.
The argument about the forseen donation........... The Anthoney case was educational to say the least on how to make a profit of a missing child. Johnny Sheffield made refrence to Caylee the 3rd day HaLeigh was missing.
How much $ does it take to care for a 5 year old that is in hidding. I am sure donated money could and or has taken care of her. Money was going to a whole lot of people in this childs name and no accountability has yet been seen.If she would of one custody of Jr. and Haleigh ahd resurfaced she would have grounds to get custody of HaLeigh and no more $ will she owe. It is my theory and or opinion and hope it does not offend anyone.
