So if you are a family member, say an uncle that lives by the water or knows the area, the places could be many. If you are a GM or GGM I put that in Justicseeker's response to my question.

I agree that the brothers are a good possibility. Timmy moves, Tommy goes down hill real fast. So I wonder where Tommy hunts, fishes, anyplace he goes that would feel safe so to speak? Again he knows the area so the places could be many...... UGH! Woman tend to dispose in the water, men bury in the dirt. So gives one something to think about. Thanks for the answer it helps me narrow down the circle a bit. And none of these people would be talking either.

I tend to lean toward suspecting those who moved based on other recent cases. Raven Abaroa moved from NC to Utah to Idaho, where he was finally arrested (five years later) for his pregnant wife, Janet's, murder. Josh Powell, although not convicted but is a POI in his wife's disappearance, moved from Utah to Washington state.

Ron never moved back in the MH. Timmy moved up north. Hmmmm.....

I wonder if for some reason Misty was told by Ron she'd be held accountable in Haleigh's death if the truth came out. Ya know, "It was your fault! If you'd not ran off with WBG and upset me this would not have happened to Haleigh! I am an informant for LE and they'll believe me over you anytime.
I've gotta go to work and you'll stay here and deal with this because you brought it on yourself. It better be taken care of by the time I get home!"

IDK, I'm just trying to understand why Misty isn't talking and considered the above scenario.

She was supposed to hook up again with WBG on Monday wasn't she? but it never happened according to his interview with AH. But why should we believe him? A rumored drug dealer and participator in prostitution. Maybe they did hook up but we may never know.

What ever happened to Orlando? Ron's sidekick early on? I'm thinking maybe the people who have dropped out of public sight should be scrutinized a little more closely.

Thoughts?

Thanx, wm

Well one thing's for sure... they know they can never get TN to talk about her darling boy.

:furious:

And thus far haven't been able to pin anything on her, nor lock her up w the rest of em...

:behindbar

So how can LE apply pressure. They're not gonna get it out of RC, and not gonna get it outa mommy.

I think MC may have been either too high to remember, or may have not even had the involvement I once believed she did.

Somethin's gotta give. And as much as I've prayed and hoped for Haleigh to be found, hopes are dimming as time passes...

:(

It is very disheartening to think the one/s responsible could skate. At least RC is where he belongs. It's TN who has to date not only avoided responsibility on any level but continues to enjoy her freedom but I'm just not dumb enough to believe she's known nothing or has been completely in the dark.

I too believe the incident occured before Ron C went into work...
I believe Haleigh got caught up in an altercation between Ron C and Misty.. She was either accidentally shot
or
she was fatally injured in a road incident that involved Ron C in a maroon car and Misty in a moving van. JMO

Anyone ever wonder how TN has income? She stated she was going to pay misty to babysit. How? How does she live? How does she pay her rent? Food? etc?

At this time we do know that TN either takes Oxycodone or has taken it since she made the comment that she is familiar with oxy and that Haleigh wouldn't take it because of the taste. Has TN maybe helped out with the pharmacutical business?

To add to your post, could the road incident happened at the location of the "red rose"?

KiKi, last night you commented about an observation you made regarding the "dynamics" between TN and Ron on the jail phone call. I had also noticed the tone of their voices and the closeness involved. I totally agree with you, ie., Teresa will go to her grave with any information she may have on what Ron may have done to Haleigh.

I don't know the area where the 'red rose' was located.

I don't think there are that many people in Ron's life that would risk prison by disposing of a body, maybe one or two, could be three. So if you rule out the two boys, Croslins, who is left? Figure out the who in this case, and you will have the where. Thanx, B

Does anyone recall when Ron stopped cooperating with LE? I think that would be an excellent question for Nancy Grace (why did he stop cooperating with LE).

From August 13 2009 we heard this eg,

'Cummings has cut off interviews with investigators.“Besides ‘No I didn’t have nothing to do with my child being missing,’ what do you say?” he asked.

Maj. Gary Bowling, director of law enforcement for the department, said detectives would like to interview Cummings again but have been resisted.

The interviews with Misty Cummings have produced different pictures, he said. She was alone with Cummings’ children the night Haleigh disappeared. She has told authorities she woke up about 3 a.m. and found the 5-year-old missing.

http://jacksonville.com/news/metro/2009-08-09/story/haleighs_family_remains_divided_6_months_later

And again August 17, 2009 this was reported,

'Lt. Johnny Greenwood with the Putnam County Sheriff's Office says law enforcement officials are wanting your information on this case. He says they are missing just one piece of this puzzle. All they want to do is bring HaLeigh Cummings home.

The Putnam County Sheriff's Office also confirmed earlier reports that an FDLE agent is now combing through all leads to make sure nothing is missed.

The Sky has also learned that Misty Croslin-Cummings was asked again to come in for re-questioning in the child's disappearance. Misty now has an attorney and both have declined the request for futher quesioning.'

According to NG, per last nights broadcast, Ronald's the only one out of the bunch who always brings it back to HaLeigh... made me choke on my milk :banghead:

I have often wondered if this all began with R & M taking scripts that were given to them by TN AS and Hank C. For instance, if GGMS reason for going to the MH that day was to deliver 'laundry'/scripts for a tired Misty & Ron(when he got home from work since they were up all night talking) and to get Haleigh to sleep and something went terribly wrong. If this happened, then Misty, (being the party girl she is and Ron being at werk) may have entertained some guests that night and Haleigh got hold of something and died. This makes them all accountable....Ron, Misty, GGMS, the guests of Misty (maybe Timmy, Tommy, WBG, NayNay, Uncle Joe or whoever)

I'm convinced this is a tangled web and it's been so long that nobody is talking or will talk. The only way I see Ron talking is if TN were to be arrested and jailed. His tongue might loosen if he felt Teresa, aka Mom, were threatened. His relationship with her is the only weakness I see in him that could cause him to talk, (if he indeed knows something).

Alas, neither do I. I do agree with your theory about a road incident being part of the puzzle.

This certainly was an absolute in the Anthony case wasn't it? NO disrespect meant to HaLeigh in the comparison but that is how we learn. I just want her to be found.

I don't know if this is something they will think of but as Greenwood says, time will tell; maybe he is hoping if they sit in jail long enough, they will think it has been so long that most of the evidence is gone, so they will get a person like Kronk to "discover the body". Not that it happened that way or anything, but maybe it will force them to give up the location by some means other than them saying, so they can get ruled out. Not sure that is clear, but it may force somebody on the outside to move it to a location that someone will see it. Or not.

I think the firs time I heard anything about Hank Sr. taking pain medication was after he came homr from the hospital after being in the car wreck. I can beleive that the grandmothers had prescriptions though before Haleigh disappeared.

Who would be left on the outside who could do such a thing? TN...GGMS? I don't wish to think either would be capable of such a thing. However, they certainly seem to have a strong bond with Ron.

Maybe LE is watching someone to see if they visit a makeshift gravesite.

I'm not sure the Croslin boys would risk themselves being involved for Ron's sake. But, I do believe that they would help if Misty was going to be blamed or if Haleigh's disappearance was due to Misty's actions.

I can only imagine if this call did take place then LE must not know whom she was talking with. Seems to me that could shed a lot of light on some answers we're looking for.

I would love to hear from these neighbors. Wasn't it originally reported screams came around 2:30am? Is this the same neighbor? Would it not be reasonable to assume if Misty had people over that night to party then the neighbor would also recall the traffic and noise?? If I recall correctly, early on a neighbor here stated he heard/saw a loud car during these hours.

Seems to me we should have some more answers by now. If LE has found evidence in the MH that directly negates Misty's accounts that evening then I say spill some of it. Put in the press and let everyone, her family included know there's evidence she is lying....turn up the pressure I say!

BBM - Now there's an idea I can live with.

As I've stated em, this is the most likely timeframe in which this occurred IMO and a gun discharging elsewhere is a possibilty--tho no one in the area reports hearing or seeing anything.

And despite knowing what they were driving from the busstop and that a few vehicles were reported to have minor damage around that time the fact is we have yet to be able to pinpoint a vehicle in which Haleigh could've been traveling and sustained fatal injuries.

I do realize the extent of damage need not have been that great--if eg Haleigh was riding in the front of RC's car w no restraint, the impact of hitting his car's windshield upon sudden stopping might be enough. But that again would seem likely to have been witnessed along the road by someone ykwim... I dunno...
