Theories discussion: What could have happened to Haleigh ? #6

Not so far-fetched, Mystirose. I've entertained that theory myself. The problem with it, though, as with many of our theories, is that if TN took the kids, Jr. would've said that to Crystal. Now, if TN stayed at the house with the kids and Jr. was asleep the whole time, then it's more plausible. If the request to Tommy to go to the MH was a way to set him up, as I'm inclined to believe, TN might've been in the house with the lights off when he was knocking.

I think those kids were passed around so much that they (esp) JR, wouldn't remember where they were on that day or night they were home; with TN, GGM, Misty, or one of her relatives. Remember he could have been drugged and things perhaps were a little confused by all that went on. JMO

After the AH article, I am beginning to think Misty wasn't home. I posted on the thread about the article, that maybe she was out and she can only surmise who took Haleigh. If she and Joe and Tommy were going to sell or sold a gun or his drugs(Ron's) she can't tell on them if she is involved. Tommy may have gone over there that night at 9:30 or 10:00 and saw the door propped open or knew Misty wasn't home. By then, Haleigh could have been gone already. If he said that the door was propped open and Misty was out, would that implicate him? Would he hold that back? He admits to being there. Maybe someone went in to rip Ron off and took Haleigh instead? If Misty wasn't home, she is guessing that it was her brother and Joe. So if Tommy takes the LD test and passes, they need to check out Joe.

This statement has always bothered me. They just don't seem to a "make your bed everyday" type of family.

Yep, but even if she did lay down on the top of the covers and didn't mess the covers up, according to her story and most of all, Ron's story: Jr was sleeping with Misty.

I can't surmise a thief coming in looking for drugs or guns and deciding to take a little girl.
As bad as JO looks to be, I just don't think he stole haleigh. Ut seens Haleigh was secreted away by a resident of the MH on Green Lane...in my theory. But I love to read other posters' theories.

I would like to hear from him too. I got a feeling he knows what happened and he knows his BF had something to do with it. I heard they had a fight over money:waitasec: I mean I have a BF too and there is no way I would let an issue over money break us up if my BF had a missing daughter at that time. Finding his daughter should've been top priority, you can sort out that small stuff (money issue) later. But it didn't happen that way so.....

That makes me think that maybe (just speculating here) it wasn't about just the money but about something else. I wonder if there's a connection between Orlando and those marijuana plants? I know LE didn't find them for months but what if Ron had to tell Orlando that he had to get rid of those plants? What if they both had money invested into those plants? What if that was a money source for the both of them not just Ron? Birds of a feather flock together. Whatever the money issue was it was enough for them to split apart when one of you have a missing child, KWIM? I hope I am making sense because this was a strange moment for me. There is NO WAY in hale I would leave my BF in a time of need like that. A child missing? NO WAY. Orlando got out of dodge pretty fast. While we worry about how fast Joe left and how fast TN got to the mh that night, what about how fast Ron's BEST FRIEND left the picture? Not just an associate but your BEST FRIEND...That tells me alot. He knows something and whatever it is it involves his BEST FRIEND Ron. Maybe I would've left too if I knew my BF had done something to his daughter...that's a whole 'nuther ball game that I wouldn't want to be apart of either, who would?

Great Post, but I thought Orlando came back for the first vigil. I thought I saw a news clip of him there and it was explained it was Ron's best friend. I'm probably wrong, after a bit of time things are spinning in my brain.

I never heard that LC was having an affair with a criminal.
Jarred H. does NOT have a criminal record.

I don't think Tommy had anything to do with Haleigh. I think his LDT will show that. I think if Joe does one it will do the same. So that would eliminate 2 more people. The focus goes back to Misty. There are only so many things that could have happened.

Haleigh ingested drugs while Misty was out of the house. Misty has to call Ron to tell him, they could have been his drugs, and that is why he supports her and why TN and GGMS does too, so Ron is not in trouble. Thus the cover up. But now why not come clean? He is already in Jail, and he lost JR.

Misty sold Haleigh for drugs.

Misty hurt Haleigh and had someone other than Ron help her. (doesn't explain the family support ).

Misty wasn't home and has no idea what happened to Haleigh and someone did come in and took Haleigh. She is guessing to get herself off the hook and saying it was Tommy and Joe.

My bet is on the first one. That LDT was a month ago. We haven't see any new tapes of visits, or anything about Ron. Maybe soon.

Lord knows after a year they have plenty of new information to interrogate them on. I wonder if they call them up and ask them as these new questions arise, or if they are making a list they they are keeping in the Haleigh room. :waitasec:

My son said that with all the drugs that Misty has taken in the past that her nervous system may not allow her to pass a polygraph. He said it depends upon how the drugs have affected her system.

IMO, she was better on drugs. She must have been self medicating all these years.

I wonder who misty was talking to when j. poppen heard and saw her around 3:00am. JP said misty was crying and pacing around while talking. One of the many reasons LE do not believe anything misty tells them. She was talking to someone at or before 3:00am.

In one interview with AH, misty almost slipped. She said she called her mother and then quickly added "after the 911"..she is quick on her feet. I have noticed many "almost" slips, but she catches herself. In that same interview, she also began to slip about Haleigh and being in bed, again, she caught herself. It seemed like she was about to say that Haleigh was giving her a bad time about sleeping.
